The album is seminal for everything that came after, but above all, it’s beautiful and totally badass, as well as incredibly stylish. It’s worth the purchase just for the photo of the drummer Vinnie Paul in the booklet, with chest hair, short shorts, all sweaty as he plays with the drumsticks upside down to make more noise... XD

The review, in my opinion, shows a sincere commitment and therefore deserves a 4. The track by track may be rigorous and explicit, but it really weighs down the writing. So think it over. I have the first three Eminem albums plus the D12 one, and despite all my listening effort, he's never thrilled me (at this point I believe it might be the genre that's the problem).
