I didn't listen to the album; punk doesn't excite me, let alone them. It's true that when I was a kid, Enema of the State was in heavy rotation on my stereo. I believe that any music listener would eventually distance themselves from these offerings, except for some nostalgic returns. The review is good.

The prog felt strong, in my opinion, even in Leviathan... Which was brutal and hardcore, but the riffing and rhythms left no doubts. In Blood Mountain they showcased extreme versatility, losing a bit of violence in favor of greater melodic complexity, changing style while maintaining the same quality. As for this one, I don't know yet; I still have to buy it and listen. I expect a lot from the freshest, brightest, most talented, serious yet carefree band in the Heavy scene. It makes me sad that they have to align themselves with those fossils, the Metallica, to be heard; they have all the qualities to be headliners.
Jean-Pierre Jeunet Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain

Well, I liked the film; I admit that a good part of it is thanks to the exceptional soundtrack by Yann Tiersen. The review seems very good to me, and I appreciated even more the note about the assonance Destin-Poulain.

When I first heard Part of Me on the radio, I was moved, yes, I was practically crying in the face of the absurdity of things and my helplessness in changing them.

Marco Masini L'Italia... e Altre Storie
Voto:
I can't hate him to death; I like his timbre. Artistically not very gifted, he has sold a lot because he says that Italy has "ci ha rotto i coglioni," and that’s enough to let stressed-out Italian women in their fifties vent their frustrations over the crisis and security emergencies. But the biggest flaw of this album is the title font: bold italic Times New Roman; my grandfather would have been a more modern designer.

I remember the "Heartbreaker" video; I could hardly stay hypnotized by a music video like that. I only saw two bouncing boobs. I heard some old recordings and was surprised by the very valid voice (it hits extremely high notes). Lately, she seemed very much like the norm, but I have no idea what happened to her. V.a.G.
