If the Supreme G and Master Turco have created the 5 stars (already 5 balls), it's mainly for works like this. A review that lives up to it.

I gave it a listen on YouTube, just to hear how it sounds: aside from the blekkettish voice, which I still have a crazy allergy to, we're in the realm of something really cool. Great recommendation.
Diego Cusano Exit

I met Diego Cusano personally after one of his performances in a trattoria in Lonate Pozzolo, and I can say he is a true artist, 360°, straight to the point, and not afraid to speak the truth, even if it’s uncomfortable. His Pop Fluxus is the best thing that could happen to the Italian music scene. "Dancing in the night" is the Like a Virgin that Italian music has been waiting for these past 30 years.

I watched it this morning while I was organizing the CDs: all things considered, it's not even a total disaster... Maybe it takes a bit too long to get going, and the guy who jumps in with both feet from ten meters is really worthy of a World Ranking of Nonsense, but it's not too bothersome either. To put it simply, I rank it a notch above that disgraceful mess from ATM.

I read it all in one breath. And I died of asphyxiation.

Sooner or later I'll listen to this, so I have a bunch of reviews to comment on. The review bored me a bit too soon, what a shame. But are you yet another incarnation of the Captain or just a joker?

Moon is probably the most beautiful sci-fi film I've seen in the last couple of years. If it had lasted another two hours, I probably would have just sat there like a fish out of water, watching. This, in some ways, has a more Hollywood feel, let's use a strong word that means a bit of nothing, more "commercial," perhaps it leans a bit too much on the love story at all costs (even though I must say that the idea of a love story measured in 8-minute intervals touched the tender strings of my heart hardened by watching the complete works of Sasha Grey...) and it has its share of narrative stretching. But it’s also true that it has an excellent pace, it's beautifully shot, Gillengial or however the hell you spell it is right on point, and if something doesn't follow the “Manual of the Young Quantum Physicist Who Will Know Everything There is to Know About Positrons But Will Never Discover Anything,” you just don’t care and enjoy a good movie. Duncan Jones shines. He better get moving on making another film, for Osiris and for Bees!

I remember seeing it at the cinema with a friend of mine who would ask me every week to go with him, only to fall asleep roughly halfway through the opening credits. I recall it being a rather deadly boredom. And the fact that I hate Tom Hanks almost as much as the motorized bully whom I've never forgiven for getting with the girl I liked when we were 14 doesn't really help much. However, I’ve been told that it’s worth watching in the original language to appreciate the linguistic effort. But I think I'll pass...

What a nice recommendation! You've made me really want to listen to it... Too bad I arrived late. But I'll still make a stop at the newsstand this morning. You never know. Well done, well done.
J.G. Ballard Condominium
Voto:
I have only a few pages left to finish it, and I can say that I liked it very much. More than the physical, psychological, and moral degradation that marks the events of the book, what is surprising is the fact that the residents, practically from the very beginning, willingly accept what happens and even come to see the condominium as the only place where they truly feel safe. The scene in which some inhabitants try to leave to go to work, but after taking a few steps rush back inside despite the piles of garbage and the increasingly unbreathable air, is exemplary. Honestly, in the (few) Ballard books I have read, I have never found that "hubris" that Panapp refers to. This one, in particular, I found to be very readable, rarely verbose, and definitely effective.
