It doesn't start off too badly, but - as usual - it completely falls apart in the last half hour: earlier in the discussion, we talked about a supposed "Boyle style." Well, probably his true trademark is exactly that: he wouldn't be able to finish a screenplay decently even with a crossbow aimed at his foreskin. The "solution to the mystery" doesn't hold up, it even borders on the ridiculous (the reference, of course, is to everything revolving around Rosario's lip service), and there's more that I don't have time to write about now, but you get the idea.

I didn't quite understand the story about the drawings, but whatever. The review, in my opinion, is, let's say, "debatable." Beyond the formal aspect (frankly, it seemed well-written to me), I think it would have made more sense to review the individual cycles (La stagione delle nebbie, Casa di bambola, Il gioco della vita, Cazzis & Mazzis). Otherwise, you end up talking about everything and nothing and fail to give an idea of the breadth and depth of the work.

As I have written multiple times, the best in quality as a novelist has certainly been demonstrated in American Gods. However, I would place this in second or third place. It is certainly superior to Stardust and The Anansi Boys, and almost certainly also to The Ocean at the End of the Lane. Let’s say it competes with Coraline for the silver medal. Here, the narrative isn't always smooth, but some characters and situations indicate a creativity and inspiration that are truly extraordinary.

But this piece isn't bad! I didn't quite understand what a "testual requirement" is, but musically I've heard much worse. It's a bit one-dimensional, and maybe having a drummer who can be defined as such would significantly improve the piece, but overall it's not bad. Well done, lexus!
