Testament The Formation Of Damnation

I was posting a comment this morning, but then I was called to order and now I find the page full of comments that, basically, express what I meant to say. I was just talking about this a few weeks ago with the thrash master Francescobus regarding his review of Sacrilege: I’m increasingly convinced that the thrash revival of the new millennium is based on an inevitable contradiction in terms. A contradiction concerning the average technical standard that the market demands from new releases, the sound that is attributed to them during production, and, not least, the very compositional approach. The risk is, in short, to resurrect dogs and pigs just because they come from a "glorious" past even if they don't really have much to say. I truly hope that this Testament release represents a pleasant exception.

I echo the sentiments of the commentators who preceded me. Splendid record. Welcome.

But excuse me, maybe I’m remembering wrong (really, I’m going from memory), but am I mistaken or did the former center-left minister (..Pollastrini: could it be?!?) also deny government sponsorship for last year's gay pride?!? Or rather, did they limit it to some marginal events, leaving out the more "radical" ones, such as those advocating for same-sex marriage... I don’t know, I can’t recall! But then, excuse me, do you really think that gay prides are events capable of seriously contributing to the cause? Does it only seem to me that they are perceived by most merely as spectacles that end up ridiculing the issue a bit?!

...mmm... I agree with Tepes: to think that the good Poletti is missing "the cucciolone Denver" (among the most unbearable cartoons of all time) is truly chilling. However, I fear that there is a somewhat hidden undertone (not too subtle, to be honest...) of a joke in Poletti's writing. For now, it’s a literary case with reservations.

This album has the strange power to unwind me when the day has twisted me up. Perhaps Electric is right in calling it a bit "prolix," but it’s becoming increasingly difficult for me to find an album with such a pronounced healing effect. Really nice review, and I also admit my fault for missing it at the time of release: 5 for excess to both! :)!

"What Desade forgets is that my reviews, with their ups and downs, are of a certain level"... I needed this. Actually, no.

Nice review! But the name of the band is "PowermaD"! :DD! And now let's all enjoy the heavy riff of Slaughterhouse!
