Dead Man Euphoria

Oops, I mistakenly mentioned the wrong group in the previous comment!! I meant to say: "maybe it's just me who hasn't listened to Josefus enough!" :DDD Anyway, let's do it this way: this weekend I'll give them a nice revisit (to Josefus! ;)))!

Thank you sooo much! @Fest: well, but the Josefus were ultimately playing quite traditional blues, right? I mean, it doesn’t seem to me that we could talk about them as a "tribute band." Maybe I'm just the one who hasn't listened to the Dead Man enough and I'm remembering it wrong. By the way, I came across an interview online with one of the Dead Man guitarists who confessed he had never heard of the Josefus! Who knows!

I've been smoking since I was 12, and when this film came out, it seemed made just for me. However, it was a bit of a disappointment: the plots are rather stretched thin, and overall, you get the feeling of facing a little brother desperately trying to imitate bigger films. I had the same feeling when I watched "Go- Una notte da dimenticare," which, however, seemed better than this. Great review!

Splendid album. Just seeing the review in HP made me want to listen to it again. :)) By the way, some images from the booklet are truly remarkable.

A long and "demanding" review, but with the merit of putting a lot on the table. For me, excellent.

@geenoo: I believe that Pato is a great player and that he had a good game last night. Sure, the opponent was really weak, and the player has yet to prove to be the phenomenon described by the (pathetic) Rossoneri management, but he is young and I think he has excellent potential for growth. This is to say: if you want to keep up with the pub talk, send me a private message. And let’s keep this page focused only on that music you love so much.

In all the films you mentioned, Trell, it seems to me that the passage in question ends up mortifying even 28 Days Later (I watched The Beach a decade ago and only have a vague memory of it, but it seems like that was the pattern). I found the first few minutes of 28 Days Later to be incredibly effective, but the entire second part (the part about the "fortress" in the woods)... well! it left me at least perplexed. Again, the idea isn't bad when it focuses on the "weight" that the mission can have on the crew members, on the effects on the psychology of the characters and on their interpersonal relationships. But when you throw in a guy (thanks Anatas) who survived alone in space for a few years, transformed into a terminator with a squashed brain... my eyebrow might just go up...

@Geeno: you don't want to dwell on the stink, yet you keep bringing it up as if it were Chanel No. 5. If you have something to say to me, as I already mentioned, here's my personal email; that way, maybe you'll stop bothering us with the same complaints from two months ago. As you yourself said, I left the door open: if you want to leave, now you know where to go.

Ufff! Oh my gosh, what a preachy comment I left!! Alright, I take it all back! ;)
