Oh come on! Let's not exaggerate!! :DD Mariaelena would come up with stuff like: "I would never place it among the thriller genres, but rather among the parapsychology related to suspensions of fear of the unconscious," "he had to assert himself for faults not pertaining to him," etc. Basically: syntax and vocabulary out of the blue. With the excellent Hell, we're on another planet: he knows a ton about music, has a great command of language, writes objectively very well, and on top of that, he's quite a handsome guy. If I were gay, I would almost certainly send him some very spicy private messages regarding my "black virginity."

Hello dear, you know that I respect you, both as a user and as a reviewer, and a lot of other nice things. Forgive me, but really phrases like "the black virginity that resides in the immeasurable dimension beyond creation" have left me at least perplexed. By the way, I have listened to them and they didn't exactly seem like "ancestral delusions coming from the perpetual celestial motions that silently make the galaxy speak." I hope you will forgive/appreciate my frankness.

I don't know the album, and lately the most experimental stuff I've been listening to is John Lee Hooker, so I guess for now I'll settle for Parable. The review, as already noted, seemed rich in insights for those who are familiar with these sounds (so not me... let's just say I trust you...). From the depths of my ignorance, I give you a 5 for your welcome back.

@Alex: go ahead and tell your friend that I have never stopped caring for him. As for your suggestions, I’ll tell you: 1) already done! Didn’t you notice?! :)) 2) What are the fake ones? 3) I’m afraid this is really impossible! :DD 4) Just think that I also discovered debaser this way! I still remember it well: March 2005, I was looking for news about Gentlemen by Afghan and I stumbled upon Trellheim's review... In short: why "do something" when fate is enough?! Take care, dear, and have a good stay!

@Francescobus: hi! I wanted to thank you: did you know I had no idea a live album by Pestilence had come out?!? Right after reading your comment, I rushed to get it. I haven't listened to it yet, but I really hope the sounds are decent: already Consuming Impulse was on the edge of shoegaze, and if there's a loud audience, I might as well just listen to a vacuum cleaner. In fact, None Shall Defy by Slay... oops! by Infrnal Majesty was on the list!:)) The problem is I haven't even jotted down a single line for that album, while I already have some ideas for two other chapters. Unfortunately, you know my review timing... I guess we’ll talk about it again in quite a while!:)

Excellent review, very well-crafted in terms of vocabulary. Unfortunately, this band is one of my major gaps...

A group I listened to quite a bit during the time of Demanufacture and Soul Of, but I soon abandoned. An album unknown to me. Excellent writing.

How strange: I thought this album was much more beloved. Oh well! I don't mind it at all, it's a nice little psychedelic trip: four for excess.
