@Blech: no, dear, "Feta", not "Fesa". Feta is a Greek cheese, while fesa is a part of the thigh. Fesa is usually from veal or turkey (I think I remember...). And then there's "Figa" ( Ingrandisci questa immagine ) which can be beautiful, made of wood ( Ingrandisci questa immagine ) or marble ( Ingrandisci questa immagine ). I'll send you a private message soon, but let me know if you liked the album, okay?!?! ;)

@Terry: dear, just a hint from you and all my feathers will be yours! @Hell: mmm... I confess that feta on broccoli leaves me a bit perplexed. However, I admit I'm not a big cheese expert. I'll give it a try and let you know.

mmm... there's something off about this sentence... the meaning is clear, for sure, but there are too many digressions... and also some wrong tenses. In theory, it should be something like: "But wouldn't it have been better if that fateful day, your father, for sexual satisfaction, had jerked off instead of conceiving you?" Even so, it's not the greatest, but it seems to sound a bit better, right?

Good thing you reminded me! I had this cartridge lined up for a while, but I was waiting for the right moment: last time you mocked me, but now the time for revenge has come. Here you go: JEX THOTH BEST ALBUM OF DECEMBER 2008 FOR JULIAN COPE!! :DD I swear when I read it I couldn't believe it.. I haven't had the time (but I think mainly the desire) to read the whole review yet (http://www.headheritage.co.uk/unsung/albumofthemonth/1959), but I'm really curious! ;)) Anyway, no, don't worry, nothing to do with the doom grandkids of Jefferson Airplane: these, in my opinion, can seriously blow you away!

That said: I’m really glad you stopped by! :)) @Terry: having one of the few "women of name and deed" on this page flatters me greatly: just picture me dressed as a peacock while I strut my stuff. ;) @c'è: I haven’t interceded like this since high school physics exams... I’ll keep you updated! ;DD! @OleEinar: if you liked Witchcraft and Dead Man, these will delight you even more. For me, truly the best of the trio: a full-on nostalgia trip, but without excessive cloning and really with great class. The second song on the album, "Thin Line," has been on loop in my stereo for a while and has one of those tempo changes that make you get up from the couch all by themselves. Really a great album!

I wasn't too crazy about pasta with broccoli either. Then I tried adding cubes of smoked pancetta: there's no need to use guanciale like in carbonara; even the packaged ones available in supermarkets in convenient plastic containers work just fine. You sauté them with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes until they lose some of their excess fat, and then in the same pan, you add the broccoli (which should be slightly undercooked when boiling). The same goes for the pasta: cook it a little less, and then toss it in the pan with the broccoli and pancetta.

This film, although many years have passed since the last time I saw it, is part of my childhood: I vividly remember an evening when, as a child, I watched it with my parents. I’m not saying it’s a masterpiece, just that I feel somehow connected to it.
