I'm not an expert at all, but this film has always seemed "out of" Neorealism to me as well... By the way, I expected to find much more uniformity in judgments... well, it's better this way! Personally, I think it's a great film, mixing different genres, different "tones," and featuring some truly magnificent scenes (especially the one about the abortion...).

Seen at the time of its release in theaters: I have a good memory of it, a nice buildup in the second half. The review is good as well, concise but effective.

Dear Bomber, I’ll tell you... I wasn’t really crazy about the Wicked Minds. I’ve listened to them a little, I admit, but they didn’t impress me at all. In my opinion, in the rock revival scene, those who have delivered the best stuff are still Graveyard, while last year I really didn’t mind the album by Otis Optic (which, however, leans more towards the ’60s psycho garage: a nice little record, very fun and without too many pretensions). I’ll make a note of the standarte because I really don’t know them!! :))
