"The spell suddenly breaks, in her expression the perception of music changes, which in her presence becomes overly bold, out of tune, and annoyingly dissonant." You have no idea how many times that has happened to me... Beautiful page, well done!

Very nice. And I think this is the ideal length for a review. Well done! :)

Well, basically you prefer the album that initiated their never-ending decline over the three truly valid albums they made before. You prefer an album where you can find some authentic crap not just for metal, but for music as a whole, like Carry On and Blow Your Speaker, over albums where you could find Thor, Mountains, Bridge of Death, Gates of Valhalla, Hatred, etc. An album in which they began to have lyrics that can barely be defined as embarrassing. You say you don’t love the early phase of Manowar to death, but the decent stuff was indeed done in that early phase; then they became like carnival barkers... just chatting, right?! Who cares about the Manovals!! :))

"Their best album." Gustavo, if it was to say that every one of their albums seems like crap to you and that this one has a nice curly shape like the ones you see in comics, then I can accept that. Otherwise, I can't help but wonder what else you’ve listened to by Manowar.
Dalton Trumbo E Johnny Prese Il Fucile

I'm sorry Nes, but that's not the case. Trumbo's work is primarily pacifist. If you read the book, there isn't a single sentence where Jhonny asks or wishes to die. In fact, when he starts using Morse code, he asks to be taken around the world as a living warning to show people what war can mean, not to be killed. His is a plea for life; his stubbornness is aimed at the possibility of communicating with others even when reduced to a carcass of inert flesh, not at the possibility of ending his own suffering. In the film, his desire to die only emerges at the end when his plea collides with the rubber wall of the logic of high military officials.

Is it possible that I haven't given you my suffocating 5 yet, my Festucone?!? If it needs to be said: this album is exceptional. Just look at how many people even today, 40 years later, try to evoke its spirit. On DeDatabasio, I saw that there’s their '76 album called New Age On Earth that I really don't know... mmm...

What a drag!! Practically everyone has recommended these to me. I've had them set aside to listen to for I don't know how long...
