Nicholas Meyer The Day After

Damn, I wish I had chimed in earlier, but I think I arrived a bit late. Excellent review, Freddo. The film is truly rarely effective: I watched it for the first time when I was around (I think younger than) ten years old, and many scenes have stuck with me for years.

I don't know the book. To be honest, before reading the page I didn't even know the author. I read the review with pleasure. I think at this point I'll try Angela's Ashes. Well done, everyone.

I confirm. Although I've only ever seen him from behind, I would say that Lost is quite a handsome guy full of energy.

I think I've caught a nasty stomach-intestinal virus. Probably after this comment I'll have to rush to hug the toilet. Looks like we'll catch up tomorrow. Good job, Azzo. And nice little disc!

I prefer a more acid-trip kind of doom rather than the romantic-sad kind. However, the review is very, very good.

Lately, your pages are my favorites. Because they discuss the album starting from afar and stopping just a moment earlier than anyone else would. I think I'm going to listen to it. :)

What a beautiful review!! I’ve been listening to the album on loop since this afternoon after such a long time. And it’s still amazing.

Beautiful page and perhaps a "challenging" proposal, but interesting. Well done.

@Nes: sorry for the delay, but I've had a crazy week... I checked the HD, but I've deleted everything of these. The only group with vocals in Swedish that I found is Dungen, who, however, play psych-folk-rock (very good, by the way). To make up for my previous rating-comment, enjoy this five riparadòr! :)

@Nes: look, I'm basically still at the office, I guess we'll have to wait until tomorrow morning! :D! @Dottò: look, I'm not exactly a die-hard space-rocker, so maybe the ones I mention you already know. Lately, I've found the time to listen to the discone-one-one (38 tracks...) by the Psychedelic Avengers ("And the decterian blood empire") which is basically a kind of hyper project of musicians (there's Stefan from Colour Haze, Sula Bassana, Hypnos69, that kind of crowd, you know). And I thought it was nice. Given the names involved, I expected something more, but I really haven't listened to it enough to form a decent opinion. Then I've been getting a bit hooked on Black Feeling, which aren't exactly space in the strict sense. mmm... I can't think of anything else at the moment!! sorry! :)
