I think you might be destined to become one of my favorites. Even in this case, it's not exactly my favorite genre, but some things have really piqued my curiosity. By the way, I've always had a strong connection with the number 11… 11, which, by the way, is the only integer that is not Harshad-morphic in base 10. Not that I have the slightest idea of what that means, but it still seems pretty cool to me.

I still remember when I got a tattoo of Prosanctus Inferi. To make sure everything was done right, the tattoo artist made me shit myself from seven wicked and malevolent pigeons: Ingrandisci questa immagine

Recently, a split with Purulent Vaginal Infection has been released by Apicella, which, from the first listens, seems quite good. The usual apocalyptic drone that we have become accustomed to from Our man, but not at all bad.

You know, there are a ton of clones out there... A while ago, I listened to the Sungrazer (I think that’s what they were called, but I should check. If you’re interested, I’ll confirm in the next few days): they had the structure of real CH spitters. It’s just that they lacked everything else: technique, punch, attitude, personality... so you might as well give Los Sounds another listen. The mentioned Veracrash play a stoner that is definitely more "Stars and Stripes," with harder-hitting rock sounds, but they have some big tones: they definitely deserve a listen. The ones that really got me excited since the beginning of the year are the Treehorn from Cuneo: stoner doom with a bit of pissi pissi. Nothing truly original, but they have a nice punch and excellent dynamics/time changes, and they avoid—within limits—the dullness of the verse-chorus scheme. Really great album. And if you liked the Samsara Blues Experiment last year, also check out Beats of Olarizu by Arenna, as we're pretty much in that vein! :)
