Very beautiful.
Because The Night is one of the most beautiful songs ever. It amused me to throw in the face of various detractors of Bruce Springsteen - but lovers of Patti Smith - that the music (and part of the lyrics) was written by him.

Björk! There you go. And don’t make me angry, you commenters, put the diaeresis on that o, for heaven's sake! (when it needs to be done, it needs to be done)

A random excerpt from "Det som engang var":
"No silence out here - a dream / Here where the moon reigns - a dream / I hate this forest / where no danger threatens / No wolf / no bear / no troll / breathes / No evil / spirits / nothing / breathes / Just me and the night - / just me and the night / One night I shall travel / to Hell.
Translation (mine):
"No silence here outside - a dream / Here where the moon rules - a dream / I hate this wood / where no threat of danger looms / no wolf / no bear / no troll / breathes / No evil / spirits / nothing / breathes / Just me and the night - / just me and the night / One night I will set off / to Hell."
Do they really deserve "a special mention," Norvheim? And why?

I would say they either loved it or have been sleeping for years.

Indeed, I am a bit surprised and - I add - confused by the comments on this review and what has followed. Unfortunately, I haven't been following DeBaser much lately, in fact almost not at all, so I don't know if this is an isolated case or if it has been the classic straw that broke the camel's back (or at least Emily/Frantz's patience). However, it all seems, yes, exaggerated to me. What bothers me is that in Italy the only thing that truly annoys everyone are blasphemies, for crying out loud. I find the contents and covers of certain metal albums offensive to my intelligence (but we still publish their reviews), for example, or the image of women that flashes on our TV (which I haven't owned for over ten years): much more offensive than the final scream in the film "l'ora di religione." That beautiful "porcoddddioooooooo!" I actually find it quite beautiful, with all due respect to Voltaire and all the damned kiss-ups of this damned country. The fact that G censored the "blasphemous" comments does not completely agree with me: but I know that he wasn't entirely in agreement with himself when he deleted them, and that's what I like about him and DeBaser. That said, let it be clear that I don't think those who posted those comments wanted in any way to express an opinion or claim a supposed freedom: it's simply a poor idiot (who goes by the nickname "IO") who at that moment had nothing better to do. I am sorry if someone felt offended by those exclamations, but honestly, I don't understand it: anyone who believes in God shouldn't let themselves be disturbed by someone who, on the other hand, doesn’t care about God at all.
