Well, I take this opportunity to dust off an album that's no longer new, but of truly exquisite taste, which doesn’t characterize all the releases in the genre... enjoy listening!

Beautiful river review, which I will reread just before watching the movie... keep it up!

Finally, I had the honor of encountering the elite of Debaser reviewers on this page, and it is a great honor for me, considering that lately I often find myself reading comments on many pages that have little to do with the purpose of this site, which should be about the "free dissemination of musical opinions." I agree that there are numerous quality bootlegs out there that have nothing to envy from this double CD. Surely, it is a necessary release, albeit one that arrived too late. Thanks to the "spirito bjork68" (always too generous, like many of you when giving ratings) and to the Grasshopper, whose evaluation of the album I also hope to read.

Congratulations, great review... I haven't listened to the album yet, but I'll try to do so with your comment in mind.

A beautiful and very detailed review, with perfectly fitting historical and musical references. However, let me emphasize that "He Was My Brother" is not an indictment of public art, but rather a dedication to Paul Simon's college friend of color who fell victim to the Ku-Klux-Klan. He was the friend who died at just 23 years old, according to an interview featured in a triple compilation from Columbia released in 1996... anyway, good job nonetheless.

"The Angel And The Rain" is A GREAT ALBUM for the genre proposed! Your passion for the gothic (from what I've read about Evanescence) is clear, but maybe before getting to "Can You Hear Me" (beautiful) almost halfway through the album, you could have talked a bit more about the previous 4 tracks. Perhaps a few more words could have been spent on the "gem" The Chauffeur, a track by Duran Duran from the famous "Rio" released in 1982... The 3 in the review is a gesture of encouragement, anyway, next time will surely be better...

A record on which so much has already been said. THANK YOU for the contributions (the useful ones, of course!), for all those "posts" that enrich my "comment" on the album, making this page more complete. I wanted to emphasize that, regardless, the fact that an album has been commented on before doesn’t prevent someone else from offering a new and personal analysis. In fact, (regardless of whether someone considers it "penalizing" to express one's own opinion on something someone else has already commented on), I personally believe that an "additional" opinion on an album can still bring something new to the table, especially since after reading the other two reviews (they're not that many, dear "-c'è- and -Lord-, right?) on the first self-titled "Led Zeppelin," I didn’t find all those similarities, as each "commentator" has expressed their own thoughts (hey uxo, how can we revolutionize the content of other reviews?; -)) avoiding the "ditto" effect. Greetings to everyone, and since the "5" was given to me only by the "queen" bjork68, I’ll gift myself the other one... by the way "c’è," (since I like you too 😏) can you tell me who your "pusher" is so I can go there too, since I've been looking for that "sensually (changing) expressive" (that you refer to in the 6th "post" on this page?), to give you an answer?

The review could have been a bit more detailed, however, you showed dedication and knowledge. A nice album that deserves to be reevaluated... Perhaps Bratta remains one of the most genius guitar heroes who has absorbed Eddie Van Halen's teachings "like a pro," reinterpreting them in a very personal way.
