The Jimi Hendrix Experience Live at Monterey
Voto:
A great enrichment of information for one of the most beautiful live albums by Hendrix.

Great album and a good comment that surely rekindles the desire to listen for those who had let this record gather a bit more dust than usual... like me.

A record that is definitely worth listening to, not forgetting the following that the 5 French musicians have had in Italy thanks to "Galaxy" and a substantial handful of tracks that have made them admired not only for their music but also for their incredible stage presence.
Eagles Desperado

Beautiful "written celebration" of a complete album relegated (only by the sales of Hotel California) to a subordinate status.
Scorpions Gold Ballads
Voto:
The maxi in question (which I own) was released due to the now established reputation as excellent ballad writers, although personally, the Scorpions have also managed to convey a lot with energetic and equally direct songs.
Spandau Ballet Parade

At the time, I didn't have much affection for them, but I didn't consider them the poor cousins of Duran Duran either. Rather, alongside Wham! and the 5 from Birmingham, they released three albums that are still enjoyable to listen to today, indelibly linking them to the mid-'80s. A good and heartfelt review.

Nice review for a great album.
The Doors The Doors
Voto:
I know very well that a Doors album can provoke extensive discussions and that as a band they might not appeal to everyone. Regarding the value of the album in question, beyond personal taste, I believe it should not be subject to doubt objectively. The only "mea culpa" concerns the fact that there were already numerous reviews regarding the debut of The Doors, but it is known that music is feeling, and feelings come first from the heart than from the mind. It is indeed true that this album is 46 years old, but I believe it carries its age very well, making it sound anything but prehistoric when placed "on the table" today, earning the use of the present in the "long thought" I presented above. Good afternoon everyone.
