Poletti, when he's in trouble, usually doesn’t respond... kind of strange... there’s not even any satisfaction in provoking him... (anyway, if not for voice and melodies, from a purely literary/technical standpoint, very few in Italy can keep up with Guccio).

Guys...: few but really good. Thanks to everyone: I've been wanting to write about AY for a long time, and evidently, it brought me some luck, since yesterday I found a megafile online with 46 albums (....!!!!) is it going to be available...? mysteries of the internet... Anyway, search, download, and play it, because in my opinion, it's hard to violate rights for stuff that hasn't been published in Italy (...), and enjoy it, because it’s truly a giant. If someone finds and downloads it, I’d love to hear your impressions, of course. @kataklisma: perfect observation. @alfo: thanks, it’s really nice to be among the few that you still enjoy reading. It would be nice to keep the discussion serious...: I never said it was a poor product. On the contrary, it’s very rich: well written, beautifully performed, and sung like a god (Celentano's voice is divine, I must admit... even though among the living I would mention at least Fossati and Conte... I don’t agree on Cammariere and Morgan, but I don't want to stir up controversy with young Dave). What I’m saying is that it’s a (great) trick, crafted in a lab for a deserved success. I reiterate, even in the "light" world, the things I prefer are different, especially because in this one I see the germ of dishonesty... but I don’t expect others to see it that way too...

I totally agree with davejongilmour, incredibly. I’d like to add that all this novelty isn’t really a novelty, since "Pulse" had already been released on VHS (therefore, the CD-on-DVD theory is nonsense) and this is just a (wonderful) re-release. Then we could argue about whether we prefer to listen to music or watch it (I am a proponent of the former and less so of the latter), but that’s another discussion. Anyway, agreeing with Dave, I say that there are others who are speculating in a Christmas-like manner on the same repertoire (for example, and I say this with pain, how do we justify the quadruple DVD of Liga that is coming out these days...???!!).

@voice: try listening to 'arcobaleno' in light of the interpretation by Mogol that I've mentioned, and you'll see it bothers you. Mogol, guys, is truly a character of absolute moral smallness, for a thousand reasons that would be boring and lengthy to analyze here (but if you want, it can also be done). From a musical point of view, the albums by the trio Bella-Cele-Mogol are lab-made for success (I’m saying this especially to Poletti) and nothing is really bad: well-written, well-played, sung (it must be admitted) extremely well, but also certain Hollywood films are packaged very nicely....only then you realize that beneath the beautiful cover the book is missing, or inside the frame the picture is gone...you decide....

Dave, can you stop falling for every provocation like a chicken??? If you keep doing that, you’ll surely be seen as a kid… @bjork: it was a provocation to piss both of them off (but, I swear, it was benevolent, I wish no harm to anyone), @iside: don’t worry, Poletti doesn’t reply to me (unfortunately).

@viva lì/poletti: the old debate on the pseudoberlusconian conjugation would make sense only if it had reflected on art, which hasn’t happened. therefore... objectively, it seems to me more of a comment from novella2000 than anything else...

@voice: what I find unforgivable, however, cannot be attributed to you but to the criminal association (there are 3...) "Cele-Bella-Mogol": the piece "Arcobaleno," an overwhelming success, hides an idiotic and utterly stupid message, acknowledged by Mogol himself: Lucio appeared to him in a dream dictating the lyrics while playing with the pages of a book (where he pointed out the individual words)... thus it is not a message from Mogol to Battisti, but, according to that worm Mogol, the opposite, namely a declaration of love, and no less than an apology (!!!...: pay attention to the lyrics) from Lucio to Mogol. The song, catchy and a bit banal, is also pleasant, but if you give it this key of interpretation, which is indeed the correct and recognized one, you will be overwhelmed by waves of nausea, as has happened to every true Battistiano. Mogol (maybe he already does...) should wake up every morning, go to church, and light various candles to his favorite saint or to Him in person for allowing him to meet Lucio Battisti and to be inspired by Him. @the title usurper: nothing against you, even if sometimes your youthful impetuosity leads you to hasty, arbitrary, and highly subjective judgments. Since Poletti is your absolute opposite but shares the same succinctness, I wanted to make you both mad, but to be honest, I was hoping for Poletti's response (and not your obvious one... you know... age...) which, as usual, doesn't come (while with you, young apprentice, we argue far too much, come on... don’t take it personally for the teasing of a poor old man…)

Thank you, a few comments but good ones (obviously not thanks to Poletti, who as far as unmotivated, definitive statements goes seems to be second only to davejongilmour, although calling the latter that is pure pain...but...I raise a doubt...could they possibly be the same person, disguised, depending on the needs, as an old man and a child...???).
