@fabiomr: "It's not even shit like some charlatans would like to make you believe... I don’t go around Debaser chatting or trashing albums of genres or artists I don’t like or can’t understand... we are really in a refuge of people raised on the logic of television controversies made for audience, just being there is enough, just opening your mouth, appearing, voicing your opinion, maybe with total ignorance and arrogance, like many in this case. A warm greeting to the esteemed ones of Debaser." I hope that with this "outburst" you weren't referring to the reviewer, that is, to me, because that would mean a few things, first among them that you don't know me and have never read what I’ve written (including about Battiato). If you were referring to others, amen... they will respond, if you were referring to me, reread this and the others, and if you confirm, you’re an idiot. Kisses

@eldiablo:I found the single disgusting but I must admit I haven’t listened to the album by titty, and, rather undemocratically, I don’t intend to... you know, when you don’t like either the singing style (the warbling is another horrid sign of the times) or the writing, every effort feels pointless. I found the latest De Gregori (see my review) anything but a misstep... but we are in the realm of pure singer-songwriters, it was a work of its genre, whereas titty has always seemed to me a pale imitation of already ugly things from across the ocean... but, I agree, it’s just an opinion.

It's nice to conclude a torrent of insults masked with "cordially"... well... I’m a lawyer and I can’t really criticize you... In any case, I believe that Titti Iron, without any pretentiousness (the pretentiousness that I see in those who strive to appreciate him, and perhaps filling their pockets by signing a line of one of his pieces...) is one of many (starting from Giovanotti and Pezzali to the Negramaro) who have literally destroyed Italian singer-songwriter music. It’s clear that we don’t see eye to eye, and that I judge you, in your small way and indirectly, as complicit in the disaster, and that you will undoubtedly sleep soundly. Cordially.

Thank you all: I definitely didn't expect such widespread agreement... apparently FB has really annoyed everyone... or at least has undergone an embarrassing decline in artistic credibility... what a shame (he was one of my heroes and, in my opinion, one of the few culturally saving the South and indirectly the Country)... Kisses

essentially agree... I believe that, after this album, the doubt that Pino has nothing more to say is becoming a certainty (let's say that this product flows by without causing harm, whereas works like Iguana Cafè are harmful to music in general and especially to the protagonist...)

@hdin: after much reconsideration, I believe I completely agree with you... with a bit more kindness for 900, which had at least 3-4 moments of absolute greatness... Salùt

Good job: to take and redistribute. Uniting has been a serious crime; redistributing deserves solemn commendation.

I have only one doubt about her: is she fluff cubed or squared? The review is quite amusing. The lightly musical Italian situation, dramatic.

I greatly appreciate the last two analyses, excellently written and well-reasoned, even though I do not agree with them. For me, it is a minor work (by a great mind, of course) that generates extraordinary attachments like all minor works (or like less beautiful and talented children). But “my” Vinicio remains that of "camera a sud" first and "ovunque proteggi" later. Today, I cannot help but feel a bitter taste. Thank you nonetheless and always to everyone: it's lovely when we reason together like this. Kisses

Thank you for the compliments, especially those regarding the form with dissent on the substance (those are obviously the ones I appreciate the most). In my own small way, even if as a pastime and not as a primary activity, I too am a "musico mestierante," and therefore I can't speak of it in a derogatory sense. Absolutely not. Just as I don't say—I've never said—that this record is of low quality. It is of the highest caliber, and there are very beautiful tracks. But let's not fool ourselves: there is no research, there is no curiosity. There is a high level of craftsmanship from those who return to do things already done, very well indeed, but in evident decline of inspiration. Another provocative example: "Don Raffaè" by Faber is a magnificent piece, but we would like to say (a bit like with all the "Nuvole") that there is the same innovation and curiosity as with "Creuza"?...no: in life, one reaches the limit of their potential in all fields, and then one can only go back...kisses.
