In this country, there's room for everyone... of course, there's freedom of expression and books aren't burned. It's easier (as Grillo says) to make people lose the desire to read them. This young man, with his barroom quips and having grown up with a pump up his ass and very little in his head, is part of the cultural massification of Italy, which is our first problem, if you think about it. It's not the other side of Vasco's coin, but of Berlusconi's.

a truly beautiful record. I must say that everything Haden touches in recent years turns to gold (the album with Barron, those with Rubalcaba, his own, etc...). here we are really talking about music, real music.

I see only now the (beautiful and right) review of one of the most wonderful concerts I’ve ever attended. The Duke made it clear, if there was ever a need, that he is still a magnificent interpreter and author. It ended an incredible season (just recently the Stones and the Boss at San Siro...) but, for me personally, this concert outshone them all. For those who were there, and even for those who weren't… obviously… the concert DVD is highly recommended. Stunning, with a "live" direction that gives you chills. Above all, the heart broke for Loving The Alien voice and guitar. Oh my...

I've been out of the diplomatic game for a while now: this kid is a fool whom only the most banal and idiotic part of the left could believe. He's an absolute simpleton, utterly incapable from every point of view. Do you remember De Gregori...? Well, he's on the other side of the universe. Of course, no personal issues with the reviewer, but - guys - don’t fall into the comfortable and simplistic traps of this colossal idiot. Listen to Il Principe or De André to understand what true protest, true idealism, and true poetry can be... and where the real ideas might lie. The great church stretching from Che Guevara to Mother Teresa is a banality and a historical falsehood of epic proportions. It's mere simplism, not simplicity (which could actually be a value...)

I agree with the rejection of the review (please... put in a little more effort... come on...), and regarding the album, as well as LE's entire career, I have my doubts. Certainly, to help my pregnant wife relax and then to put the little one to sleep, there's no one like him...

Right: perfect review. It's cool, so it's great. I approve and endorse, getting excited just like before for Kylie, Gwen & Britney. Van should be taken this way. In fact, they should be taken...

Two truths: that the Prince is a giant and that without Dylan, he wouldn’t exist. A Bad...? A good...? For me, he always writes and sings brilliantly, and that’s all that matters.

Surely Capossera has a much higher authorial stature, but -my dear Grasshopper- what he lacks is benigni, who is nothing more than a decent cabaret artist, a modest actor, and a terrible director. Even Pieraccioni is awful...: but was that really the comparison you had to make...?
Let’s say that Caputo is to Capossela what Ron is to Battisti, and now we’re getting somewhere... Cheers

Aside from the disturbing mismatch of dates (the album came out quite a while ago... and he already took it on tour at the Forum, also a couple of years ago...), it must be said that Bowie can't actually produce anything truly bad, even if he tries hard. That said, it’s important to acknowledge the role of a "minor" album, certainly inferior even to the previous "Hours" and "Heathen" (especially the latter, which I consider remarkable), not to mention, of course, almost all the others.
