Radiohead Kid A
Voto:
there are so many radiohead records because unfortunately interesting music around is scarce right now...
kid a is a really difficult album, the title track I couldn’t understand at first. but in the end, to understand it, you have to give up trying to find a meaning in the songs. you can only internalize them and make them yours, so that they take on a different meaning for each of us. this is the greatest quality and the most innovative aspect of the album. it’s so formless that you can see it from a thousand different angles and understand it in your own way...
you can’t say it’s “a good experimental album”; that doesn’t mean anything!!!
The Beatles Abbey Road

It's my favorite Beatles CD. Much better than all the others.

I look for my records by myself rather than asking the store clerk.. once I sent my sister to get me THE BENDS by Radiohead, and if that wasn’t available, she was supposed to grab AMNESIAC, and that idiot recommended PABLO HONEY to her. Luckily, she listened to me!
Red Hot Chili Peppers What Hits!?

I prefer this way than self-portraits.. they're no longer of that age...

I agree with you.. but you could have said more about these spectacular songs!!

I wanted to create a review that focuses solely on music and what it expresses. And I think I've done it well. It's my style; I rarely talk about things that aren't related to music. One could make a "parallel" review of this album, discussing Warhol, Cale, Nico, and everything else. My review is about music. As for the rest, there are many others.

You’re partly right, but it doesn’t seem to me that I’ve only talked about my feelings.
Pink Floyd Ummagumma

The live album is great, but the studio part sometimes doesn't appeal to me. In my opinion, saveral... is UNBEARABLE: there's annoying music that has its own order and meaning (VELVET U), but this song is a jumble of screams and highly irritating sounds... it makes me feel sick, I can't listen to it all!
Pink Floyd A Saucerful Of Secrets
Voto:
I'm not really a fan of the confusing Floyd on this CD (except for "Set the Controls").
Anyway, regarding psychedelia, I find that the Beatles aren't REALLY PSYCHEDELIC. Rather, "Astronomy Domine" seems like a good starting point. Still, I don't dare to say things I'm not sure of. Anyway, calling the Beatles psychedelic is a bit of an exaggeration!
