Is it dubbed badly? This has nothing to do with the quality of the film. It's the voice actors' fault, not Fiennes and Cronenberg's. It seems to me you're judging them, not the voice actor. A film that showcases the purest talent of recent years, delivering an outstanding performance (which isn't just about how you move, but also the tone of your voice, how you speak, how you pronounce words...and don't get me started on timbre! Al Pacino's voice alone is worth an entire film), you watch it dubbed with an Abruzzese accent and especially without Fiennes's talent. You lose half the quality of the film: without this, in my opinion, you would even judge the opening credits poorly. (Sorry, but I really love this film), and I even like the review.
