I bought the entire box set back then, it was stunning: huge, 4 big CDs, a nice book, a kidney to buy it. Like happens with almost all the beautiful CDs I've bought, I gave it away and it was worth it! Today, years later, my ears have different needs, but it remains a beautiful memory. It was my "American" phase, we all go through the American phase, when you listen to an American voice and go crazy... I remember that at that time the young people still wrote America, exactly written like that, without the k.
