MEXICAN CHICKEN NUGGETS - Mexican main course. Ingredients: 400 g. of chicken breast 50 g. of sugar 50 g. of extra virgin olive oil 50 g. of balsamic vinegar 20 g. of spicy chili powder - Preparation: Cut the chicken breast into cubes of 1.5 cm on each side and place them in a previously heated non-stick pan. Once golden, add a generous tablespoon of sugar and let it caramelize. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer everything to a serving dish, adding the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and strictly powdered spicy chili. Always serve piping hot.
