I’m glad you think of me, but it’s not me who’s writing. I’m much more explicit in my analyses: you’re an idiot. It’s not like if someone makes an observation or criticizes you, they’re automatically labeled a “metalhead” according to those strange, distorted rules you have in your head (now you understand the meaning of the nickname?). If you wanted to find a genre that I absolutely don’t cover and totally repudiate, it’s definitely metal.

I didn't argue because the quoted phrases spoke for themselves. No, I don't know Husker Du, a deficiency that I must fill. However, I am convinced that I have a fairly good knowledge of seventies music. The references to Black Sabbath or Led Zeppelin are undeniable, but to say that everything Corgan has done (a vast universe, by the way) is copied is a joke directed at one of the most brilliant musical minds ever. I haven't listened to "Mary Star" and I don't think I ever will. No appeal. By finding serenity, "the bald one" has lost his true source of musical inspiration, which is pain. If you say he only copied, you generalize, and generalizing is the most unjust and undemocratic thing there is.

The sadness of this thing is that it’s not a joke.

Hello!

One can discuss the phrase (anyway, Neil Young said it and it’s true). Irene, be mature and listen: I repeat that I didn’t mean to offend you in any way; if this is what you perceived, you are mistaken. You can't make me feel guilty; the words came out instinctively because they seemed more reflective than bothersome to me. I didn’t want to hurt your sweet soul, so be understanding instead of being a pain in the ass :)

I have never doubted it, absolutely. I have only come to realize (touching death with childish hands) that self-pity is as unproductive as it is useless; it can be a phase and doesn't have to be short, but it's essential to heal the wounds. Death seems so unjust to us and yet we often do nothing to make the existence of others a little better, amidst the myriad of possibilities we have every day! Setting aside pride, we are very, very hypocritical.

On the last sentence you’re right, I admit it was a mistake. I just wanted to avoid giving death all the power that we unconsciously attribute to it; there are values like love that are much more powerful and definitely eternal, and those are the ones I fear the most will die.

I don't think I've disrespected you (which you enjoy doing continuously without provoking any reaction from me), nor do I believe I have any guilt regarding the death! Don't you think? I'm sorry, condolences, whatever you want, but there's nothing I can do about it. Remember that everyone has their own misfortunes and there's no ranking for the most tragic ones. Honestly, I hope not to leave right now, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone; take it easy with the pity. Is it better to burn out quickly than to fade away slowly?
