So: you have been here for 2576 days (about 7 years and 20 days) and this is your first comment (at least that's what your profile shows). Did you ponder for a long time before posting this magnificent pun, or did you give birth to it suddenly and felt it was too beautiful not to share with the DeMondo?
Woody Allen Blue Jasmine
Voto:
Not entirely in agreement. It's the best Allen film in many years... it's a comedy focused on the usual themes, but powerful. It seems to me that the sociological approach you're suggesting is misleading; the characterizations are functional to the narrative, helpful in emphasizing the insurmountable contradictions, the precariousness, and the ambiguities of relationships (as you have well described). Well, maybe it's because I'm in love with her (just think, she doesn't know...) that she proves to be a sublime actress here, but I can't give this film less than 4 stars.

Here you can find the EP by Polyrock "Above The Fruited Plain," just in case you haven't heard it. I assume you have the two LPs.

And I've seen the Polyrock live. Come to think of it, one of the few advantages of being old enough (and old enough)...

Eh, you should have seen/heard the orchestra, conducted by him, performing 'sti Qatsi while the images were being projected...

I tried to imagine what you suggest, and I thought: finally, a bit of peace. Then I clicked play, too bad... for those who want the record, it's here link rotto

The third paragraph says it all; the ecstatic wonder of Raphael de Valentin is a gift for the reader, and the ending is perfect.
