Concise yet effective, welcome Attilio. Could you add some samples, considering the curiosity your description arouses? Thank you.
Neil Young Sleeps With Angels

Cute that you're coming to N.Young from Nirvana... Perhaps that's why you give this album a 5, which is a "lively" album but not the peak of his production... I imagine you'll be curious to discover the rest: safe travels.
Francesco Guccini Due anni dopo
Voto:
Just "See dear" is enough to justify listening to this album. It’s not his best (Radici is more than any other, for me, Guccini). Like many other records, hearing it more or less in those years leads to different judgments compared to those resulting from a contemporary listen, which takes for granted and assumes things that were not at all so at the time... A small note: sometimes grumpy, I don’t believe the irascible Guccini was ever so. And I like to remember the great availability he showed in the 70s towards the small pilgrimage of fans to his places.

Another fuc.. five. But I can't give a five to this Swans album either, so I'll use a little trick...

Pacino, I asked him. He didn't want to answer: he was listening to Sea Change through his headphones, vacuuming. He told me that certain questions, useless ones, distract from the essential ones that, according to him, we always ask too late... You should see the mess at his place. I still haven't bought Kurt Elling. Stricken by an unfortunate lack of money. C U on another planet.

I had already posted my votes without comments, but I reread and voted again. As far as I'm concerned, my vote for the rec and the album is a 3.5, which, with the average, is what I can achieve.

I can't consider it a great album, nor feel much involvement with all that pathos. Perhaps too much for me. It always impresses me, listening to it, to sense certain little affinities with my father, my bizarre youthful love... I don't know, regarding Moretto's comment, I also don't find that transcription of thought about the shop assistant very amusing in the review. But you know how it is, passion (not the one for the lovely fuchsia shop assistants and their primordial sensitivity, which I don't think is widely shared) makes us all a bit "savage"...

I liked the album and I still do, sometimes. Beck is definitely an interesting and unique artist, right from his stunning debut. Even the kid who sold it to me explained, "it's a different kind of album, sad, the girl left him..." I smiled, thanking him for the warning and the information. Just as I smile now, when someone, thousands of kilometers away, somehow knowing about human, sentimental, and even familial affairs of a musician, manages to connect, interpret, or derive their work from that. But smiling is good for the spirit. After all, how else could listening to an album like this help on certain wrong afternoons, while, for example, we are busy in a desperate attempt to restore order in our heart, in our work, in our life, or more simply, but not more easily, in that battlefield that has become, for some time now, our home...
