I hope to meet other dogs that write like this. However, I didn’t understand why the poor Cake is involved...

Pretty, Aunt Bice. Yes, the prêt-à-porter melancholy is a gem. I hadn't met you yet, I thought you were a "debutante." But I see that's not the case. I'll go read you in the others.

But, ajeje, I would really sweep that definition away, which pertains more to a phenomenon of fashion or perhaps "culture" in a very (too) broad sense than to music. My pianist, or rather, the pianist in my story, is a friend of Einaudi and told me that he himself was, at least at the time, annoyed by this labeling of his work. Hassel is an old love of mine and I have many vinyl records of his early works, fewer of Schulze. But the term new age doesn’t even cross my mind when I listen to them. I believe we would twist in endless circles if we continue this conversation. Nonetheless, I have the impression that we understood each other, what do you think? No, none of the six suites is in G minor. Bye.

Well, ajeje, we're probably not talking about the same thing when we mention new age. I told you elsewhere that the term reminds me of certain ladies who are so accommodating and exhausting... Darling, I believe it deserves more consideration, and that album in particular should be enjoyed without being categorized, much less in such a confused and debatable realm. Do you know it, Darkwood? Do you like it?

Testaverde, don't joke around! How wonderful it is to make a mistake, how wonderful it is to admit it, how wonderful it is to try again!

A clarification: the double CD that I have has a different division of the suites than what appears in the tracklist in the box. That one is from the Deutsche release of '99 (or 2000), mine is from 1985 and the suites are 1-4-5 on the first CD, 3-2-6 on the second. However, browsing the D.G. catalog online, I've found no trace of mine anymore...
