Huun Huur Tu The Orphan's Lament

Zurk and Josi, up there, raise two synthetic yet concrete objections. And Hal also pointed out the paradox represented by that "other excellent example." Well, the matter is really starting to become interesting. As for the flip side, I think it wouldn't hurt if you shared your thoughts...

Read on the home page Symbad, I passed. At this cool fountain I will quench my thirst, another title I noted. As I walked away I thought: do you ever get it wrong? and when? With my little hand I waved goodbye.

..And speaking of worlds and futures and pasts: the charming Tuvan Mongols, in Italy to record their first album, were among the most exhausting sessions ever held, absolutely and irreparably distant from the most elementary rules of the recording studio, from our way of understanding execution and its reproduction... From our country, they, who had never left Tuva, knew only one singer. Toto Cutugno...
The group in question is called Shudè and both are distributed by the very Italian Felmay. Bai bai

Hal, I didn't have that effect, but I understand what you mean. The musical proposal is intriguing. They have quirky instruments (some of which feature horse heads at the end, as the animal is quite an object of worship, essential in the vastness of their spaces) and they use throat singing (which we know in more "serious" forms) for songs, truly folk tunes that are almost tipsy, transmitting an unhealthy, slightly off-key drunkenness. I shared an anecdote in another review about another group (younger, less "professional"), and I'll include it below.

But no, there is no provocation. It's just a way to attract attention. And to create a bit of disorientation: you see that name, and you already know it will be associated with the atrocity it is always linked to. Then you discover that this time it is paired with what seems to be an objectively positive cause, shared, not at all deplorable. It's a historical fact, it's ironically contradictory, it's unbearable even if true. It’s not an Intro to a Damn Dog. It’s an intro to a Damn Horse, a Mongolian horse. The whole reception plays on the ironic and unexpected otherness of a music that smells of goat but is worthy of Kate & Anna McGarrigle and Lisa Gerrard. I thought this pairing would raise more perplexity, instead...

The Spent Spotted Corbezzoli express full solidarity - To get something from the parish priest, it is suggested to connect with the perpetual (art often demands sacrifices that seem unsustainable) - I don't know this one, I've heard old things from the early '80s, and more recent things from the late '90s. Can I give a 3.5 to the dots "regardless"?

Thank you, Mr. lato B. Why deny them top marks? Do we want to reserve that for the Shudè? Damn greed and let them get a nice 5! Be generous, throw in some samples. -Samples Campaign 2006 -

??? Well... Three interventions that I hoped would be more understandable, which you define as clear and direct, and what do I have to read? Again judging what others grasp and do not grasp (even about the revolutionary spirit, can you imagine, and I'm the arrogant one) on the implicit rather than the stated, once more pontificating, presuming to hit a nerve where there was only a (I fear useless) attempt at communication. Yes, of course, no hard feelings. But with too much bitterness, dear Antoniodeste, it seems to me. And I still do not understand the reason. However, it’s best to close here, having noted the impossibility of engaging in a discussion on ideas, always needing to respond to the evaluations of the interlocutor and their presumed intentions. Bai bai.

- What happens to you while reading happens to me in a different and reflected way as I read. And I like it. - Well, to respond to nightwalker10, I can add that all that test(osterone) must somehow find an "outlet"? And that the outlet can justifiably be stubborn, given the "test one"?
