@ Symbad I assure you that I've never had any issues: in fact, I believe I've written some of the most verbose pages of DeB. In this case, I took into account that part of the discussion had been addressed in another review (I often use links to other pages, as I think it's a good way to connect viewpoints) and I just wanted to highlight, in the essential traits, an album that deserved, in my opinion, a little visibility. I see that many know it, and so, (second aspect) the comments section can become an additional tool for "details and concepts" - @ a.c. you are always very kind. One of the perspectives that, of course, I would have liked to encourage is precisely yours. If you have the time and desire... - Have a good day everyone.

Symbad, isn’t that the name of the book? I tried to paste the address in the bar, removing all the spaces, but Amazon tells me it’s not associated with any product... - Regarding Hal, it wasn’t a note; in fact, I agree with you: two perspectives, especially on a not very well-known album and especially of this quality, are a feast for the senses.

Alright for the partial closure of the windows, but what about that moss carpet? Now I'm going to hunt them down. Always hated the mats...

@zzzzzzzzzzzzz: as Zurk! says, of course. - @Punisher: I don't know, I threw away the samples... what’s boring for you might be exciting for me, or vice versa. What can I say? - @GeorgeWBush: I'm actually very happy with the transcription (I have a particular weakness for the cello) and I believe that the absolute naturalness with which the rest of the album embraces T.'s compositions is partly a response: perhaps he sensed an affinity. What is absolutely indecipherable to me is the reason that might have influenced your nickname choice.. :) - @JoP: sorry, really. I'm sure you would have done a great service (certainly better than my, for once, terse lines) to this album. However, I find it less obscure and also less ECM than I expected. But does the link in the text work? On my PC, it doesn’t, it redirects me to the homepage... - @Jim: what’s this story I caught a glimpse of in the comments on other reviews? Are you getting hitched, you son of Chuck? (By the way, no, I didn’t find the material) - Bai bai, gentlemen (and lady).

Symbad, Sfascia expressed, in his usual, acrobatic lexicon, things that I believe I have already tried to tell you as well. After reading yours, I realized that Hal's was one of the few pieces of his I hadn't read. Two authoritative suggestions (after some time), a bunch of talented musicians, and I didn't even know this record existed. A lifetime isn't enough to keep up with all of it. Luckily, we have two...

The mole, the two you mentioned are nice names, aren’t they? I, on the other hand, have known these fine young Australians since they were little, I’ve seen them live, then I somewhat abandoned them. But today, with this bright yet uncertain day, I’ve got a bit of nostalgia for their sound. Which, apparently, hasn't undergone major changes... I’ll go and look for it, thanks Alex.

What a beautiful cover, Josi. How come you didn't like it ? :) And the path would lead to Melanie, disowned by the blind Jim? For such measured and wise use of words, I bow to such nonsense.

I liked that "Dalì-like" version of the guitar (after the melting clocks, now melting Fenders), but I have never felt even a fraction of the passion you show for Clapton. I’ve never questioned his talent, but you know how it is; sometimes the spark just doesn’t ignite... However, I believe I have the chance to listen to him again, and I will.
