Damn it, what a mess. Free of charge, on top of that.

Another Swedish band walking along roads illuminated by a gentle sun... - Beautiful your page, light yet sparkling and pleasant like the music you write about. - From the samples, I seem to notice some similarities, or perhaps a crossover, between The Concretes and El Perro del Mar, both of them also Swedish (I "reviewed" them some time ago). If you don't know them, there are a lot of samples in the recs, maybe give them a listen. I'm going to check these out. Bye.

P.S. for Pippo: And maybe the one from Rip Rig + Panic might also grant itself the honor of your interest. Old stuff, of course. But....

@ :) Yeah, MisterNo, sometimes it happens... @ Pippo: hipster has nothing to do with it. Trust me. MegaFiko, on the other hand, is just one of the possible variations of the genre (the wild version, by the way, more trendy) But I don't stop in front of certain trivialities when there’s l’ammmmmmmmmore. Bzzzzzzzzz. Auq auq

All your pages are infused with the same kindness of gaze. I know Grechi, coincidentally, as DeGregori's brother. Some things you tell about him I already knew. I've never listened to one of his records, though. If it happens, it will be this one.

@ PaMeLlO, wrecking carriages, Mauri: thanks and a kiss without fear - @ NicholasRodneyDrake: too kind. But why don’t you tell us about Play? Come on.. - @ Gabbox. Hi. I’ll look for more things by this gentleman. Apart from this, which is quite atypical, it seems to me that I understand about his production, I believe his works might interest you quite a bit. Maybe we’ll talk about it again, either me or Rodney - @ Antmo, this is strange for a REAL MegaFiketto like you. It’s too dry, not spectacular enough. Also, Schonberg and Ayler are on the album recommended by NicholasRodneyDrake. Read more carefully, if the weather allows. And then I hope you at least got the Battles, you drugged charmer. - But I always think of you: the album for you will arrive soon, today or tomorrow, I believe. Thanks for the magnanimous vote, anyway. Am I what I am? quack quack

Messer Sfascia is right (as often happens): I thought you were at DeMoggi's court, but instead you are inexplicably in b :)) Blessed be the gift of expressive synthesis, blessed, it seems, is also the condition brought about by listening. I think I’ll get myself that well before I hear Clapton again...

There are two covers, I assume for different editions. The other one is completely the opposite. A simple stylization of a bird, with no necroimplications whatsoever. The samples will help you get a less "blurred" idea of what is gleaned from my lines. But now I have to run away. Bye.

For the samples, check back tomorrow. You'll find them here, plentiful as usual. Bye bye.

I was joking, kourtaleeze. I enjoyed that little word play and couldn’t help myself. I listened to this album very passively, and I won’t express any judgments even though I don’t think I could ever give one of their albums a 5 (the debut was probably around a 3.5 for me). Your page betrays all your admiration. I absolutely agree on one thing: << Without the Bristol music scene of the last 15 years, this piece probably wouldn’t exist at all >> But I would extend that to all of their work. Or not? Bai bai.
