this album is really just a bit more than a demo, with a raw sound that borders on "roughness." But they already had plenty of grit back then: my favorites are Star Slight, Ebroglio (the first dedication to the mentor-artist-painter Diego Venegas, who died by suicide), and Initiation (which will be re-recorded once fame is achieved). Great review as usual; the only note I feel like making is that I don’t really sense all this Fugazi influence (in this context) yet. bye
