Well, Luttazzi is not one of my favorite comedians, although I liked him quite a bit during the time he collaborated with the Gialappi. I would just add that satire abroad (in France, in Belgium where I live, and in the Netherlands. Not to mention England...) is much harsher towards the powerful and the Church, stuff that would certainly be censored in Italy; the dividing line is drawn by a political class that is much more responsible - certainly, around here, there isn’t a Gasparri who calls in live to complain (as happened years ago on the show Quelli che il calcio). Of course, I also realize that satire provokes less irritation in more liberal societies compared to the Italian one.
