I put in some samples but I made a bit of a mess: I added Good and Have a Lucky Day twice (it was giving me an error, what was I supposed to do?) If the dwarfs could take care of it...

From how you talk about it, it seems unmissable. Thanks for the link on rapidshare, I'll listen and then I'll let you know.

"The total chaos, the absence of melody, inconclusive, unbearable music. Look, for unbearable music, try listening to Boredoms or Hanatarash, and only then will you be able to say that you understand something..."

Well. The Italian scene has always been discussed in very critical terms, but living in Belgium for a while and wanting to make a comparison with the local music environment, for me the Italians are several steps above, especially considering a capacity to think outside the box that I haven't found here. Especially among the young musicians starting out, the guiding deities are still punk and metal (two genres that were already outdated 10 years ago, let alone today) or the rather bland rock-pop (with a pitying veil thrown over the electronic scene: as if we can't survive the '80s). The Belgian audience also seemed quite uncritical to me (in contrast to Italians, who are much more polemical - and often out of place...) regarding what they see - hear. As for Verdena (who have played around here too), it seems to me that this album has definitely made an impression on those who were already fans of the band, but at the same time has made them even more unbearable to those who couldn't stand them before (banal lyrics, psychedelic clichés, etc.). I don't think they care about any of this; as long as they are happy...

I downloaded it, I still have to listen to it but I must admit I'm quite biased. I'm not expecting much, I hope I'll have to change my mind...
