Hi Bisius, many of the tracks seemed to me like sketches, almost unfinished. Half of the tracks on the album barely exceed two minutes. Using Let In the Light as a benchmark (which is the best of those I’ve listened to), a 3 seemed like the most fitting score. I haven't listened to Film Sound yet, do you think it's worth it? Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks to those who attended. She will be on tour at the beginning of 2014 (in fact, in a few days she will perform in Cagliari) to promote the new album released this year. If you have the chance, don’t miss it, it’s really worth it!

I know them for ruthless sperm (which I haven't listened to yet), driven by the curiosity of having an Italian band recording for sub poppe. I don’t know this one.

The word genius is at least overused. If Smith is a genius, then what is Hendrix?

It's not my cup of tea, but you really write well. Which record should I start with?
Le Butcherettes Sin Sin Sin

seen last year as the opening act for Mars Volta, with Omar Rodriguez on bass and a tattooed, badass female drummer. Compared to the main band of the evening, they made a great impression.

Welcome back. I'll take Care of You is among my favorite albums, I don't know if this will live up to that record. I'll come back for the album rating.

Nice film, I watched it and it felt at least an hour too long. The coldness you mention isn't preserved in the ending, which seemed a bit rhetorical to me.
Marlene Kuntz Catartica

I agree with Gianluigi that it didn't take much to give a shake to the Italian scene, but almost twenty years later, this album still stands out. As for their discography, they later released some really terrible albums, and live they have never performed as well as on record. Nonetheless, Catartica remains their best album (IMHO).
