Ah, 4. Madonna, 5. So, I, 1. 4+1 = 5. Don’t take offense, math is not an opinion.

Of course I listened to it, and what is it, the trusted review? It's beautiful, but above all it's yet another time he's changing direction. It was supposed to be Finished after Kyuss... and here he is again, giving rock lessons to everyone, jamme bell' :D / To those who liked No One Knows, Song For The Dead, Millionaire... this album will suck, but that's their problem, not Homme's.

Zorn Solista has something that doesn’t sit fully right with me. He takes himself a bit too seriously; sometimes it’s annoying. This is a great album blah blah blah, but when he’s with other people I prefer him... alone he gets a bit too self-indulgent. Come on, there are pieces on this album that don’t make a damn bit of sense, yes, very surprising and disorienting... but there are too many of these moments; if he’d grounded himself just a little more, it could have been something really awesome, but instead it's a great Zorn album, just like many others from Zorn. He missed an opportunity. For example, I much prefer The Director's Cut by Fantomas... but that doesn’t mean that the Fantomas are better musicians than Zorn, okay? Zorn knows so many things, this is just an episode that feels a bit overshadowed by a massive wave of great albums; it’s impossible to keep up with Zorn, he puts out 8-9 a year, for crying out loud :D

I haven't listened to the Blue Album by Orbital; I've found them annoying for some reason. Like CCCP, CSI, Afterhours, Marlene Kuntz—I've never heard them in my life, but I can't stand them, and I never will. I have the Orbital albums, but I haven't listened to them in ages; I got them through Tool, that album with the X-rayed skulls, I can't remember the title. :)

Here comes Bravo, Villalobos is killing it, both making records and as a DJ. He’s part of the hardcore druggie scene, along with him, Miss Kittin, Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, Jhon Acquaviva, CJ Bolland. I really like him, I don’t have his records because I’m full of live sets downloaded from the internet that are even better than the albums. He hangs out a lot with Miss Kittin, but I’m not sure if they’re an item... boooh...

That is, LFO stands for Low Frequency Oscillation, but to both the shopkeeper and the peer to peer, you have to ask for LFO to be understood :)

Yeah, but Closer is extreme, it’s like you can’t take it anymore, it’s drug material; listened to in the afternoon after coffee, it’s half of half :) . I like the LFOs (just LFOs, not an abbreviation like QOTSA) of this stuff similar to the Chemical Brothers (by the way, the first LFO album seems to be from '91 or '92), and the Japanese Telecom. Then if you really go for techno in the true sense of the word, you’ll find many records like Closer; there are few that are that extreme, but there’s a ton around that vibe. Tunza Tunza very powerful, you also have Infected Mushroom, like the latest from the C. Brothers but without the gay little voices “my finger is on the button” and so on. Or the Future Sound Of London, with them you can’t go wrong; just the one from 2003 is a bit underwhelming but not bad.

LCD SoundSystem has pissed me off even more than the Chemical Brothers. Even if it were beautiful, I still wouldn't buy the LCD one. The guy said: "Homework by Daft Punk was an album that revolutionized electronic music; after it, everyone copied, just like with The Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd." I've never heard such a shitty sentence. 1) Homework is a nice and fun album, end of story. 2) It didn't invent a damn thing; it shamelessly copied the Chemical Brothers when they remix. 3) No one can copy someone who copies; they can at best copy from the same person. 3) The Dark Side Of The Moon didn't invent a damn thing either; it's a great album, but it has nothing to do with innovation. I deduce that the guy doesn't even know where music lives, which is why he makes shit records. I’ve heard it, and it's precisely that, a shit record. :D / I really don’t understand this return to the super simple, expected, and banal Tunz Tunza I see these months, millions of identical records, straight kick and really crappy LCD-style effects, C. Brothers, Daft Punk... just a whole lot of crap.

oh, remove the spaces -> Ingrandisci questa immagine <-- this is very recent, from the presentation of their latest album.

Easy, have you seen photos of Crover lately? In two years, he has gained a solid 15-20 kg (if not more), from being a barely alive loser to a Sumo wrestler. Be careful, the battery is draining Easy; if you keep sitting around, you'll pack on the pounds like there's no tomorrow. If I were you, I’d switch to playing the triangle, just a friendly piece of advice. Eh. / Hi Professor, it's nice to hear that even a genius in the game like you has had his gagg periods; it gives us the strength to keep going, us poor pioneers without any action. (and here I get really sad, now I'm going to cry in the corner)
