You’ve broken my balls with these technical assholes. They’re neither metal nor rock because my Vietnamese cousin's band has more groove. And the technique... come on, enough already. Compared to serious musicians, they’re nobody, just poor fleas. Petrucci might be 20th at best, if not a lot lower among guitar techs... let’s not even talk about the bassist, since Wooten would send him home with a few slaps, the keyboardist is just very ordinary, and the drummer is more or less like Petrucci. He’s not a fool, but also not someone special. Notice one thing: how many guys over 20 listen to these assholes? 1 in a million, and you know why? Because they’re neither metal, nor prog, nor jazz, just a sort of baby food... in a few years you’ll understand too, you’ll tell them to fuck off and when you want technique you’ll listen to technical people, and when you want rock you’ll listen to rock, not this subpar crap that stains both. I’m not saying “they're cold” or “they’re too showy”, for me they’re just useless, really a fucked-up band. Enough, I beg you, enough with these assholes who know nothing, listen to music, not pre-packaged crap.

The turning point for Zeppelin has exposed the mediocrity of their fans. Honestly, I like Rock N Roll, Black Dog, and Communication Breakdown, but It's Only Rock N Roll. They did nothing but take Cream and Jimi and fuse them together; oh, not that it's easy, quite the opposite... but they certainly didn’t invent anything of merit. Big, huge, magnificent, but not innovative. When they tried to do more polished and studied things, they got kicked in the ass... they should have taken it slowly; jumping from Black Dog to Kashmir was too abrupt in too little time. I listen far more often to the numbered albums by Zeppelin, not because they're better, but just because the world is full of rock n roll, while there’s a bit less music. The best of all will always remain The Song Remains The Same, the perfect union between numbered and named. :D / House Of The Holy 5/5, Phisical 5/5, Presence 4/5... Trough Out 3/5. I 5/5 II 5/5 III 4/5 and IV 4/5. Zeppelin 4 annoys me quite a bit, and Black Dog really gets on my nerves. :D

Ah, but the ones I like I watch at least 15 times, The Godfather II is so close to me that I could almost do the dubbing live, I've seen it more than 20 times for real, and it doesn't even last 5 minutes ;)

You know what... if I don't like a movie at the cinema... I say it out loud "what a load of crap..." and the guy next to me goes "ssshhh!!" so I shut up. Then after 5 minutes I say "this is so boring!" and the guy beside me "sshhh!!" ... and it continues until I drive the poor fellow to the edge and he says "e muddu guglioni!" and then I snap back with "oh ma gosa gazzu boi?" and so on until there's a full-blown brawl at the Ariston... and then it would be a shame to see bodies rolling down Viale Trento ;)). Anyway, I know I'm the idiot when it comes to movies, I've tried to like them but I just can't... like Woody Allen... oh my god, it itches me to watch one of his films, I can't even tell you... and he’s certainly not among the worst in the genre, quite the opposite. I'm more of an Apocalypse Now, Memento kind of person... :D
