Katzen, a great Rock album from 2005, is by Corrosion Of Conformity, or by Hermano, or by the new ATomic Bitchwax (without Mundell), or Mafia della Società Etichetta Nera, or by M'Asciuga, or the new Yawning Man... there are quite a few.

...Huh? Give me some titles because I might be misremembering the Suicidal. But trust me, you're misremembering the lyrics of Rage. It doesn't seem trivial to talk about Zapatistas, civil wars in Central Africa, Mumia Abu Jamal... etc etc etc. Trivial, predictable, and crappy are the SOAD with their "everything's crap destroy everything"; Zack used names, surnames, and shirt sizes. I reiterate that the Suicidal were too skater-punk-California for me to take them seriously; it’s my limitation, but I just can't listen to those people :D (but I enjoy reading the lyrics, send me titles)

I miss you.

They don’t talk about politics: Bombtrack, Killing In The Name, Bullet In The Head, Wake Up, No Shelter, Tire Me, Down Rodeo... and so on and so forth. But where did you read the lyrics, on the Little Communist Courier?

The Suicidal played punk, not music. :D

But aside from personal tastes, how's the recording? It's PERFECT. It's there; it's not a matter of taste, it sounds amazing, perfectly balanced. If you mean that the vocals overshadow everything, then I agree, but that's intentional; it's part of Zack's apotheosis.

Too difficult for a common mortal to understand this celestial work. This is the perfect fusion in counterpoint between biblical texts and infernal sounds; this is a divine gift. Many don't like it because it's Zack's apotheosis, the album where everything revolves around him, and that makes me gush like a fire hose for hours and hours.

The new Garage Scazzato is really nice, just messy enough but not thrown together sloppily hiding behind "impact." There are also some instrumental parts worthy of note. There's much more electronic than just a Moog; in fact, I find it a bit difficult to "label" it. Too many space effects to be Alt Rock, too "rough" to be space rock, but who cares, it's beautiful and it will remain beautiful, there you go.

Yes Giubbo, in reality De-Baser is the cover for a Nano-Underground organization and we are planning a coup. After all, Nano for Nano, it’s just as well to be led by NanoG@azzolo. Better than the current Nano. Hasta Il Nano, Siempre.

The thing about playing for Sony makes perfect sense. If you need to communicate something to someone, do you trust someone who distributes your messages on a private line to Maine motorists or someone who broadcasts to all the networks across the globe? Who knows Downset? Nobody, and their message is just cheering up the walls; Ratm have pronounced judgments from Jay Leno, which is a whole other thing.
