The equation is not 4 = poop. The equation is 4 chords for 80 albums = poop.

"If that's the case, why do you read their reviews? You lower yourself to their level." What's this, a one-way funhouse mirror?

BeatBoy, but who touches the 60s/70s, you really haven’t understood a thing. After all, the Oasis ruin minds, it all comes back.

Yes, but the Rem change the 4 chords. Here we have 80 albums with the same 4 chords.

Beat Boy, where do you read "Pink Floyd" or "E.L.&P"? Enlighten me, because here I read "Oasis." And you, Charles, this is a site for exchanging ideas; this is my idea: this is a group for brain-dead individuals.

But above all, stop with these fucking complaints about the old music, you'll have 100 CDs at home and you're here to bother me. Listen to 1000 from the last 10 years, get an idea, and then you can whine about the complaints.

If for you the alternatives to Oasis are Hilary Duff or the Blue, put on your little shoes because you’ve got a long way to go if you want to discover what the world is really like. Instead of being a pain, check out the reviews on Debaser sorted by year, from 2000 to today, and see how many great albums are out there. They’re not on MTV; you have to seek them out. Even back in the 60s and 70s, do you really think there were only Deep Purple? Have you ever heard of Bobby Solo, Mino Reitano, and Caterina Caselli? My mother listened to so much crap in the 60s that when I see her vinyls, I laugh for three hours. Every era has its good music and its crap; Oasis are the crap of this time.

BeatBoy, and too bad for you. You're drilling us with this whole story about 60s/70s music and all that crap against today's MTV, and then you go listen to Oasis, which is like the epitome of MTV. Turn off MTV, turn off the radio, turn on a peer2peer and download some decent bands from now, instead of whining that everything sucks. You don't know the stuff that's out today, otherwise you wouldn't talk like this, and you certainly wouldn't be listening to these four damn notes, come on.

PS: You included the Freedb for one of the ten thousand bands called Oasis, but not for these Oasis. Just thinking that these four idiots managed to name themselves like another 134 bands shows how predictable and idiotic their music is for brain-dead people who can’t go beyond 4 notes per song. There have been Oasis in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s... all more or less crap, but those from the 90s are certainly the crappiest of them all. Even though I haven't heard them all, I’m convinced that it's hard to find worse crap than the Gallaghers.

At least he emphasized that he is a 15-year-old who listens to 15-year-old bands and enjoys life as a 15-year-old with a 15-year-old soundtrack. The problem is that there are those who listen to them even after turning 16. And that's a problem. For them.
