In my opinion, Zappa's tenth album in the charts is minimal (minimal). Stunning, but Zappa has done things light-years ahead. This is too easy to be Zappa. The first two, a Grand Wazoo, a Waka Jawaka, a Jazz From Hell, a Joe's Garage, the 800 Live, White Shark, We're Only In It For The Money, Chung's Revenge, Bongo Fury, Studio Tan... I find all of them better than this. If there were just two, but there are more than ten. That's how you can give a 4 to this excellent album. Unreachable masterpiece of music, if you really have to use it, use it for Absolutely Free. Unreachable means unreachable, you can say it about just one album.

I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.

Time Exposure, If The Bass Could Only Talk, the duets with George Duke... those are Clarke's albums. This one falls under the "hobby" category. I reiterate the two.

But come on, the demos are missing the ones I'm most interested in: Massive Attack, Amon Tobin, Odd Nosdam & Dose One. The demos give good hope but they've been around since 2001/2; I don't know how much has been confirmed for the album, which nonetheless looks fabulous on paper.

In May, Michele releases a cheerful little story featuring collaborations with: Massive Attack, Amon Tobin, Dan The Automator, Norah Jones, Odd Nosdam, Dose One, Kool Keith, Kid Koala, and even Bebel Gilberto. If you're looking for a musician's number, Michele's got it. Peeping Tom, when Patton opens the agenda, it’s trouble for everyone.

1) Hip-Hop is not a genre. 2) If someone listens to this, they're not a fan. 3) If someone is a fan, they certainly don't listen to this. 4) The majority of fans don't listen to this. 5) A teenager who listens to this is not a fan, but a teenager who listens to crap. 6) Decent stuff is not for teenagers. 7) Rap is not for teenagers. 8) There’s more less technical metal than there is technical one; for one Stratovarius, we have 80 technical bands for every one rock band. 9) Rock also produces crap in abundance, and a lot of teenagers listen to it. 10) For every crap rap group, I believe there are 20 rock ones, given it's the most played genre. 11) I think you've got the statistics wrong. 12) I don't like clichés. 13) Instead, I like numbered lists.

Well, whatever, Killgod, we'll catch up when you make me understand where you want to go. Happy Saturday to everyone, especially to Giulio.

Jim, I didn’t understand a damn thing about that phrase from Killgod. Hip-Hop is practically a political party, not a music genre, and if Mos Def isn’t Rap, then I’m Yatomoshi Torenaga. It’s 2006; it’s normal for things to evolve, distancing themselves from the dogmas of the '80s, for crying out loud. Otherwise, you end up with a beautiful mess like the latest from the Beastie Boys, which is just annoying from the first to the last track. Useless.

Well Jim, Rap is one of those things you either like or you don't. I can even feel it without music underneath. 97% of the groups don't really get influenced by other genres, so there's not much to get used to. Maybe try Cannibal Ox and Dalek, who have something that goes a bit beyond and might appeal to you... but when it comes to pure East Coast high representation, I don't know how worthwhile it would be for you to delve deeper. Stick to the Aggratis path, it's better.

Killgod, I really can't follow you. The Channel Live are great, but I don't understand either the mention of "atcq=cacca" in the conversation or the talk with Kingston. Please point out the thread that connects your post to another, because I am truly disoriented.
