In my opinion, if you're going to buy a Brùss album, the seller needs a certificate of coolness to sell it to you. << "Jungleland" and its inevitable sax solo (the best use of sax in rock that I know, along with Fun House by the Stooges and Idiots Rule by Jane's Addiction) >> This is one of the biggest objective bullshit statements ever written since the reviews of Mozart's debuts in the Gazzettino di Vienna. Two fucking notes of sax. After all, how does the sax of King Crimson and Gentle Giant compare to the sax of Jane's Addiction? But, above all, how the hell can you take the Stooges and Jane's Addiction as examples of "sax in rock"? Be ashamed, stop it, cut it out.

Don't say cat if you don't have it in the bag.

I think I like it, also because we often see things differently when it comes to lengthy discussions :-)

In the early 90s, the genre had already become quite annoying. Go on, send them in droves. This is the bullshit of the century; it even beats the one of the year. Come on, tell us more about this genre you know so well. Surely you have all the masterpieces of the genre. Send them in droves; we are here for that. To put it plainly, if you care about what you do and don't want to stay in your bubble: make us laugh.

Hi Antimo. Send some to Bomba too. Whatever you want, we’ll enjoy it. As they say, we adapt meticulously to the same. As long as it’s in Bomba, of course.

<<< The fact is that rap already made its mark in the '80s >>> Congrats, this is the bullshit of the year. Come on, hit us hard. The thirst for objective bullshit is high, quench us. Go ahead. Hit us hard. This is truly the Bullshit of the Year.

Come on, let's talk about Eno's album.

In fact, I only heard it because you reviewed it writing "Sonic Boom Krautrock Dead Meadow gooey Wah Wah Mescaline". As for the relationship between the sisters, I couldn't care less unless they were both nymphomaniacs, but Sonic Boom Krautrock Dead Meadow gooey Wah Wah Mescaline is more than enough to convince me. Besides the gay tone, of course. Forever yours, impossible big cat (bless you all) PS: Sonic Boom uses Activia, he's always regular and you can tell.

An extremely smart album, especially in the mix. There are distorted guitars for the rocker - at a volume high enough to satisfy the rocker - without disturbing the alternative vibe. There are melodic-alternative tunes - not too many to annoy the rocker - but enough to appease the alternative listener. There’s a lot of things perfectly measured, both in quantity and volume, showcasing great quality. For me, it's more than a four, if only for the fact that it caters to half the spectrum of music listeners with just one record. Quotes inserted in the review, perfect. I would have added a touch of 35007 on the guitars of Sister Pneumonia (which, by the way, is my favorite) and on the first minutes of the last track (which, however, never fully explodes, losing its 35007-ness). The "more accurate" quote, Dead Meadow: see "Pistills." In summary: damn, beautiful. (I’m just a little bothered by the excessively feminine - let’s say gay - opening of "afterdark," but that’s nitpicking) // A review like the album, with a tone that’s pretty "gay" to please the alternative crowd while having mescaline-like gems to satisfy the rocker. Damn, well done. (but gay)
