Ok, I'm mocking.

Let’s make fun of him.

<<< puntinicaz, with a splendid omm'emerda, which is his typical comment that always makes his posts interesting, all motivated and reasoned. >>> I believe instead that the poor souls are those who insist on repeating the same concepts over and over in the same discussions. On this site, I have written over eight thousand four hundred comments, while you have a mere thousand. I expressed my concepts in the first four thousand, when you probably weren't even reading these pages, so allow me to be fed up with repeating the same things about the same genres and groups. We’ll talk again when you've written five thousand comments; let’s see how much you’ll want to discuss Rock Italiano then. Beyond that, it’s perfectly fine that you, reading “only” the last four thousand comments, are fed up with me writing "beautiful" or "shitty." And then you even copied my nickname, so deep down you really admire me a lot.

<<< a cover (in my opinion not exceptional, but tastes are tastes) >>> Not exceptional? It's a blatant joke, just like this title. If you want to "create culture," then do it. You can't quote culture while producing crap, because then you're the crap.

No, I've never heard Midryasi live. God willing, I'll see them at this year's Stoned Hand Of Doom, where Witchcraft will also play quietly. Hearing "The Alchemist," "Chyld Of Fire," "Samaritan Burden" live in a nice appreciative setting must be wonderful. // I want to make it clear that I don't remember a single song by Afterhour, not even half a song or a title, and maybe I've never actually heard them. And that's a point of great pride for me.

It wasn't enough for him to cover the Area, no. He had to quote Scerbanenco. He could have mentioned the twelve thousand books for single ladies & gay men by the big Ukrainian, but no, no, he had to quote the decent one. As it stands, he deserves to die badly, but if next time he quotes Sciascia, then I hope he dies worse. Omm'e'merd'.

If the record had lasted a sixteenth of the actual length, it would be a forgotten single in some old shop in Seattle. Instead, it has sixteen sixteenths of the actual length, and it is a cult record that has been reissued multiple times.

Discone, their best. Anyway, there was already something on de-b, the (great) collaboration from 2006 with the No-Neck Blues Band. I have a reissued CD from a few years ago that includes two pages of a musical genealogy tree, showing the origins and paths taken by all their members, and it’s practically a complete map of European avant-garde music from the 70s and 80s, with some excursions into the USA as well.

<<< He was referring to the metal that is popular (the conservative one that has great success among the "faithful"), >>> But what does "conservative metal" mean? There are names for all the slightest differences in metal because they are necessary. You tell me "metal," and you haven’t said anything; it could disgust me or I could adore it. It is not humanly conceivable to put Rhapsody, St. Vitus, and Cynic on the same level. Both because they play completely - completely - different things, and because two are gods and one is garbage.

<<< Just a note. Metal is the genre that sells the most, almost as much as pop. Any little metal band can find a contract and go on tour... >>> MAMMA MIA! There’s something for everyone!
