<<here they get a bit lost along the way, only to never find themselves again...>> In the 80s, they were awful even for me, but in the 90s they made a comeback for me: try some albums, it's worth it. The album by the Acid Mothers Guru is definitely worth a lot. It's amazing: Kawabata from Acid Mothers Temple with Neumaier on drums. Really good.

<< For the rest, there’s an entirely acoustic rhythm section: >> Read the back cover better, connecting it to the credits in the internal booklet. They did play bass-guitar-drums, but you can feel that it didn’t happen on all the tracks. For example, "pass the mic," which is also a single, is all made with a sampler by the incomparable Mario Caldato ggièiàr. They might have added two of their guitar sounds on top, but it’s clearly made with electronic instruments and not electric ones. "Jimmy James," same thing, always Marione. "Stand Together," "Finger Lickin Good," Marione + them + others. But you haven't strayed too far; it’s definitely the most "played" album by the Beasties. And then there are "In 3's" & "Pow," for me their instrumental masterpieces. The live version of "The Maestro" on the maxi single (let's say EP) of "Root Down," released a few months after "Ill Communication" is fabulous. And for me, this is the best Beastie Boys video: Something's Got to Give ->

<< what Jung would define as a case of synchronicity >> yes. << because the music they made, unlike hip hop, certainly didn’t have a danceable beat, >> Another immense, mind-boggling bullshit that deserves the garrote. But why the hell do you insist on talking about something you don’t know? Did Italian rap in the nineties have a danceable beat? Where do you keep your ears, in the nightstand? You’re spouting an outrageous amount of nonsense, and moreover, in the review of a masterpiece, and even worse, proposing discussions on social commitment that have nothing to do with the author of that masterpiece. But, nothing. Do it in the reviews of the Ak-47, these discussions. At least you’d be spewing abnormally absurd stuff about something you don’t know, but you’d be a bit more on topic. <<< you should finally have understood. >>> I, I repeat, understood from the start. It’s not that I don’t understand, it’s that I understand very well that you’re spouting nonsense.

<<< you showed that you don't understand anything of what I said >>> I understood perfectly well, it's just that for me it's an absurd nonsense. <<< in fact it was shared, besides by Lewis, also by others on this same page >>> To me, it really seems not. Everyone has shared the fact that social centers died in the first half of the 90s, because it's true. But no one says it was the fault of Rap, because it's an absurd nonsense. But since you are really stupid and can't read, let me quote you a couple. OCCULTO SUPERSOVRANO <<< Saying that social centers closed due to the spread of posse is just bullshit, >>> LEWIS TOLLANI <<< I believe that the Italian hc scene disappeared on its own, >>>. I also say yes, social centers died in the early nineties. Okay, but realize that Rap has nothing to do with it, your brain is mush.

The vehicle, not the message. But what message could a musician ever have? If I'm looking for messages, I go to the bookstore, not to the social center, and certainly not to a record store. The engaged musician is usually someone who doesn't know how to be either a musician or a politician. I'm not far from this type of thing; rather, I take it much more seriously than just hearing it on a CD. But beyond that, the fact that you believe the decline of social centers is the fault of Rap, trust me, that's hilarious. "Rap, the plague of Social Centers."

No no, I'm sorry. You're the older one, since you're so out of it. I’m not interested in your speech, I don't know how to tell you. I was only interested in correcting the nonsense you spewed about the review of a masterpiece, period. You never "discussed" with me.

Billo, come to terms with your brain. Who talked about social centers? Who gives a damn about social centers? Not me, that's for sure. I only corrected some nonsense regarding RAP MUSIC and MUSICAL SELF-PRODUCTION. Music, just music. If you want self-productions in a "serious version," let’s say "homemade record labels," in Italy you can find Hard Rock, Metal, Heavy Psychedelia, Rap, and Heavy Electronic. In short, something for everyone. If you want self-productions of those "auto" types, of people who hand out their records, I know a ton of them, even some of my friends. Then, how the hell social centers fit into this only you know, but if for you, since social centers are crap, musical self-production is dead, well, know that you don't understand a damn thing. Since the advent of the Internet, if there's one thing that has EXPLODED, it's self-production. There have never been so many homemade productions as now, never. You have a computer, right? Well then, take a look around and then tell me.

<<< that you’re not interested in my speech, and you keep posting. >>> I don’t participate in your speech, I only correct the nonsense you write. <<< Ask your older brothers or some older friend. >>> I believe the young one is you, among the two. Trust me.
