Agharta is the best live album by Miles Davis, according to some (for me, it’s Pangaea). This is hoped to be the very last record with the classic sound of Sunn O))), because they have really, really worn out their welcome. One, two, three albums all centered on the same theme are fine, but more than that, no. Everyone has realized that Drone-Doom has been overexploited, but not them. From what I hear, it seems that the new one finally has a twist; will it be thanks to Carson? It’s certainly not their merit, since the last good album was the one with Boris, and that’s all thanks to Boris. O'Malley, you've worn out your welcome.
