If a bersagliere says it, I trust it; I must have confused it with the various NATO bases we have here. <<< Capo Marrargiu? Weren't we talking about Capo Teulada? >>> Yes, we were talking about Capo Teulada, but I added that on Google Earth I was searching for the Gladio base (you know, the coup by the Carabinieri, the "Piano Solo," the Picconate, Andreotti and the Moro case, all the most important generals of the nation, the 64 European Championship with the Rome parade on June 2nd done with three times the armed forces, the Sigma Plan, etc., etc., etc., and more, much more) and I've never found it, despite what is said about it being at this Capo Marrargiu, a spit of rock between Alghero and Olbia. You can't see roads, nor constructions, nor clearings. If anyone knows how to find it, give a shout; it's incredible how many people don't even know this amusing little story, certainly one of the "dark pages" of Italy's history.

I don’t know, that’s what they say, I’ve never been inside a military base, I’m Anemic. I tried looking for the famous Gladio base, but I never found anything, yet Chief Marrargiu isn’t that huge. Maybe the legendary Colonel Bittoni has a little grandson who enjoys playing with Photoshop :-)

<< But the airport doesn't seem to exist to me >> How come? In Teulada, there's a pilot training center, so there are also landing strips. It's not as huge as the one in Decimomannu, but for a rural tourist village, it's more than enough. // Stoney, it's a bit difficult to explain in four lines, but I don't dispute what you're saying; I just think it's a mistake to believe we've already lost from the start, and also to believe it's easy to manage such a complicated society fairly and justly. I'm not saying that everything is fine; I’m just saying that if you try to think seriously about how to change it (or by reading the works of those who have thought more about it than I have), you realize that perfection will never be achieved and that it’s better to "adjust the course" year after year than to overturn everything suddenly. If you think everything is perfectly fine for me, that's your opinion.

And you forgot the automotive engineer who's by my side. You really suck at remembering.

You forgot about the whores and the drugs.

I have a porcelain piglet as big as 12 football fields that weighs as much as 5 fully loaded Boeing 727s (these are the new international units of measurement coined by National Geographic, megastructures docet), Caterpillar just went bankrupt, so soon I can buy the crane to break it, as soon as I do I’ll send you a private message.

You would already have accommodation, an airport on-site (and what an airport, by the way), and maritime docks; not bad at all. All you're missing are the whores and the drugs :D

I wrote you a post but it got lost in the shuffle. The gist of that post was that you’re misunderstanding; I didn’t say “you’re not on my level.” The only thing I like about Philosophy is that in those university courses it's all women. I already told you I’m not the automotive engineer, and I haven’t done political analyses. We were talking in a group of six, and you’re only addressing me (crediting me with the contributions of others) by summarizing all this chaos of posts that you skimmed through, expecting me to answer your questions? I clearly specified that I don’t know the answers and that I don’t have the time to write treatises. Anyway, Supreme Boss maybe yes, that’s not bad. Supreme Boss of Caz, from your trusted newsstand owner.

Nothing is better than nothing; that phrase is for one reason, it's him who says "more important than all," and said on a record from '97 makes me laugh, that's all there is to it. And then, if we really have to, I don’t like Kraftwerk, they bore me to death (while obviously recognizing the value of blah blah blah, the importance of etc. etc. etc. and the fact that without them there wouldn’t have been the so on...). I like Neu! (the exclamation point is theirs, I hate ending with exclamation points).

<< What the hell, who are they? And why did you give a one to the review? >> Kraftwerk, Neu!, LA Dusseldorf. << What the hell, who are they? And why did you give a one to the review? >> I haven't even read it, I just saw that they quoted that line, a flat one.
