Yes, in fact I prefer Josh to the "famous mushroom eater and let's smoke some thorns" than the Josh "hey babe, what do you think about a ride in my blue torpedo?" :D

Damask, what's your favorite QOTSA and your favorite Kyuss? I say QOTSA and Sky Valley. (P.S. Matteo Brutal is a sweetheart, he acts that way because no one loves him.)

I've always been advised against post-Zeppa jobs, in fact I've never heard half a trace, and it seems I'll continue on this wave.

Welcome. I should have listened to the album, but I can't remember it, or maybe it's because when I read Ash, so many things come to mind but always blurred... oh well...

Sometimes a bit of provocation is necessary! Long live the fights!! :D Anyway, I like "Go With The Flow," "Gonna Leave You," and "Another Love Song," but they seem a bit easy to me—beautiful performances of stuff I've already heard, just like No One Knows. The rest is at high levels of sophistication and originality. The best remains the first: Regular John, Mexicola, How To Handle a Rope... (and Josh wrote it all, without the bassist and drummer who later played the parts written by parfume puor)

It's not "Robetta," it's just that it's not your kind of thing. I agree that Melissa's album is crap, and I don't like Mondo (but it's very punk, and I'm not into punk). The Desert Sessions are very psychedelic Stoner and they're awesome, Masters Of Reality is a great album. If we really want to get into it, the latest work is nice but a bit on the "easy shit" side (not bad, just easy), which is Song For The Deaf, as I feel it’s very much aimed at the masses except for a few truly spectacular tracks.

"THIS PEOPLE" doesn't exist. It's Josh with 2 of his friends who are not part of QOTSA. They are not saturating the market because no advertising was done for this project; in fact, before the album was released, they made the entire work available for free download, so you knew what to expect. Besides, QOTSA play Rock'n'roll (and NOT stoner, only the first one might be), while in their side-projects they explore other genres, so I don't understand how you can evaluate them as qualitatively inferior. Honor to Josh, who, despite being a Stoner Guru after Kyuss, has explored other sounds.
