I would have taken it too, Psycho! In fact... how much do you want? :)
Cyndi Lauper She's So Unusual
Voto:
Upper upper, no doubt about it! Lauper used to drive me crazy, I liked her way too much... she was straightforward, with a touch of irony and innocence that made her extravagant look a game. Madonna, in comparison, was (is) exaggerated, she took herself (too) seriously, despite her lack of musical talent. In fact, when it comes to vocal skills, there's no comparison—Lauper is superior. Listen to the new album, where she sings with a Gershwin-style big band. It's not bad at all. Diamond, review "chicca"! :)

Sound terrorists. I stand with those who appreciate them. They have a furious, deadly grip on sound...

I am more attached to the live 'Stop Making Sense' (because it’s linked to the film about the band), even though it’s more manufactured, while this one feels more spontaneous.

Great! I remember that "America What Time Is Love" was a huge success, but also "Justified And Ancient": "They’re justified and they’re ancient/
And they like to roam the land/
They’re justified and they’re ancient/
I hope you understand...". This record, when it was released, went somewhat unnoticed, but I remember - during the time I was selling records - that it was reassessed around '95, when chill out became popular...
Burzum Hliðskjálf

It's all very interesting. Too bad it's hard to read. Mauro, authenticate yourself, right? ---- another thing. Here we talk about myths, but unfortunately myths are always taken to symbolize something positive or negative. The question is not 'right or left', but: 'is it right for myths to be exploited to support the ideologies of the right or the left?' I wouldn't want some commentators here to have confused the Scandinavian myth as 'inherently Nazi'. It's the reviewer, possibly (NeroBe with the choice of his nickname), or the interpreter of the legend, in this case Burzum, or Wagner with the Nibelungen, or a dictator like Mussolini with Roman myths, or Napoleon with Egyptian ones... Hitler founded Nazism on VARIOUS myths - Celtic, Indian, Roman, Christian, and finally esoteric - not just on the Scandinavian one of Odin. All Scandinavians, good people, are children of Odin (like we are of Jupiter), but not all of them are Nazis!

A fantastic review that made me want to listen to this unknown work. I looked online, and this character is very interesting... surfboard, camera, and guitar. Recklessness, creativity, and romanticism. I mean, the ideal man. And come on - let me say it - he’s also cute! --- It's nice to see you here again on these pages, Iko. :)
