Maybe I'm coming across as someone who has just discovered hot water, but I'm reading the series of novels about detective Harry Bosch by Michael Connelly, and I'm uncovering many terms also used by Pattone (for example, I didn't know it was Ipecac, now I do...). --- Pattone a fan of Connelly (or rather of detective Harry Bosch)? But the origin of the name goes even further back (it’s still about voyeurism), exactly from the story of Lady Godiva. I just read on Wikipedia that: "Only one person in the town, a tailor ever afterwards known as Peeping Tom, disobeyed her proclamation in the first instance of voyeurism. In the story, Tom bores a hole in his shutters so that he might see Godiva pass, and is struck blind." Sorry for the interruption, but I wanted to share this information rich in sophisticated culture :)

Well, perhaps the explanation for this album lies in the name, Peeping Tom. Do you know who a "Peeping Tom" is? It's the nickname given in Hollywood – or rather in San Fernando Valley, the mecca of porn – to those guys who pay to watch the filming of hardcore films or even snuff... Kicking it like a "Peeping Tom" in the "pornosnuff" world of pop?
