Anyway, vitiligo or not, he completely transformed his features from typical black to white-like features. Now, I don't want to say that the guy betrayed his race, but it certainly wasn't clear on which side he stood. And then, legitimizing the black artist... I don't know, I'm reminded of a guitarist who played electric guitar left-handed, even with his teeth... wow, I can't remember the name! ;-DD

Quincy Jones, producer of the iconic albums Thriller and Off the Wall, reiterated the pop king's obsession with the color of his skin in an interview with Details magazine, bluntly dismissing the reports that claimed Michael suffered from vitiligo as nonsense. "The way he had transformed his face was ridiculous. All the result of chemical bleaching. I really can't explain why, but it's clear he didn't want to be Black. Have you seen his children?" Jones said, explaining that he had tried multiple times to discuss the topic with Michael. "Every time he would say to me, 'I swear, it's because of this disease,' but I didn't believe his nonsense."

If he wanted to legitimize being colored, he would have remained colored; the black rhythm with the white beat maybe fused them together, you have Miles Davis in mind? Rock with You is soul, that’s it; what does the beat have to do with it? The concept of the global artist was "invented" by Elvis and the Beatles; the concept of video artist was invented by MTV; Terence Trent D'Arby disappeared after a couple of albums (and Prince, not even considered???) and blah blah blah... finally, Stevie Wonder, McCartney, and Diana Ross, you don’t write them like that!!!!
