On this album, there’s "Rise," a great single strangely not mentioned in the review, which has become a classic on the radio. Just hearing the first notes today by chance on the radio feels like stepping into a time machine. Because back then, jukeboxes with 45s still existed, and "Rise," which was so easy pop, was immensely popular, right alongside "West End Girls," "Alive and Kicking," "Venus," "Something About You," "Addicted To Love," "Kiss," and "Sledgehammer." (We had some great parties at the pub, way better than karaoke!)... the review is as dull as the others.
