The reference to Fausto is a reference to the fragility of your myths. I respect your ideas as I respect everyone else's, but people need to know the object in question. You are a likable character, but for years you've been on Debaser writing comments that lack substance. More than once, I’ve let it slide (low ratings and dismissals without arguments regarding artists of a certain caliber; off the top of my head, I remember Pink Floyd, for example, but you’ve done quite a few), with the secret hope that you knew something, but here, the peremptoriness of your comment gives me certainty: you know nothing about this Battiato, the experimental one whose merits surpass many other Italian authors. You have no arguments. If you do, speak up instead of telling me to fuck off: in such a vulgar way, you confirm the thesis that you have nothing to say. If I were reproached for not knowing anything about an album, I would have done everything to demonstrate my knowledge in countering the accusation of ignorance. Because ignorance is a nasty beast, and everyone knows that, but ostentatious ignorance is even worse. So argue. Or be silent. I await your response.

Be careful, Naif: it's "Phenomenology," and in the equation, there’s the gamma, not the phi!

Sè, iside, mabbacagava'. Fausto Rossi in '71 was getting high while this gentleman was the first to bring the VCS3 synthesizer not just to Italy, but to Europe. He was ahead of the Germans, ahead of everyone. Then the cultural background of this Fausto is something he can only dream of. And all your other myths. That Battiato has been overestimated by many is a fact I agree with (as a musician and composer he's not much, while when he crosses into symphony, he's a disaster), but to say "rip-off" of everything is a stretch. Now, it's one thing for you to say in a review of Battiato that he's overrated, it's another for you to say you don't like him in another one, but here you're asked to be quiet. You don’t even know what this album is, nor do you know what the Bla Bla label is, nor do you know the VCS3, and especially Huxley. So for once, just this once... be silent.

You've practically taken the words out of my mouth. They are tedious to the extreme in this, and above all, they completely lack the pathos of "()" and "Takk...". It's all a petulant self-celebration where the pain of "Gong," "Saeglopur," or the latest wonderful untitled piece from "()" is missing. Then the note about Disney movies is marvelous: it's the same feeling I had while listening to the pompous finale of "Ara Batur," which was almost ridiculous. Postponed indefinitely, much to my dismay.

I kind of like you, despite the Americanization you've undergone: in some ways, it plunges you into more welcoming territories, less tied to the legacies of European house. But you don't mention "Heavyweight," which is quite a track.

...damn, that was a proper review! Even today, I still don't understand the hostility towards this album, which at least in a couple of tracks (Noitasinagro and Silver Forest) is not cacophony, or not as much as other more dissonant and celebrated stuff. Anyway, Tolla has increased the ratings: in my opinion, it's a matter of digestion. In a couple of years, if someone thinks of rewriting it, maybe it'll even score a 3. It's a question of slow digestion.

Well, you know, when Vivis writes, there's nothing to argue about...! Hello, wonderful!

I mean, this whole numbered comments thing is magnificent and I hadn’t even noticed it. Now you can finally say “In comment 74 I was telling you to fuck off,” “Yeah, but your sister is a whore from comment 83 to comment 87,” finally a neat timeline of the best insults on Debaser.
