Noooo... another SICK person like me who listens to the Penguins! "Perpetuum Mobile" from "Signs of Life" has marked my mental faculties... great review, nice reference to the sense of panic.
Sinéad O'Connor I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got

Sinead's voice has been described as "From whisper to shout," a truly natural ebb and flow from breathless murmurs to screams. In this regard, "Three Babies" is beautifully evocative, a true expressive masterpiece. "Folk"? Hmm, a bit reductive, perhaps. Great review, just what was needed, I also appreciate the choice.

Those who take on the task of commenting on a work like this should always be rewarded. However, the review is once again a bit rough around the edges… it needs some more personal opinions :-/

Postscript to the review: the saying "vizio di errore" is expressed in the equation x2=asen(wt+y) of "Fenomenologia", where the phase delay is introduced, as mentioned, represented by the "y" in the previous x1=asenwt where there is no delay. References to the error in "Una cellula" (The molecules I have spoiled/blame it on heredity) and "Cariocinesi" (a nucleus divides/the error interrupts it/and within the mechanism/a veil called chance).

I slipped in a few extra "that" in the previous post... sorry, unfortunately I don't double-check them.

So, Grass, for those accustomed to a certain musical standard like that most exquisitely euphonious Battiato post '79, it’s obvious that they will find the previous production, which I do not deny has occasionally been indigestible, rather unpalatable... I reviewed "Clic" in addition to "Pollution": now, if I were to recommend you to become curious about this type of production, I certainly wouldn’t suggest an instrumental hodgepodge like that of Clic, but rather albums like this one or "Sulle Corde di Aries" (let's exclude "Sequenze e Frequenze"!) and "Fetus"; in these works, we see the Battiato that we will recognize in a few years, the Battiato known to most. As for the rest, I’ll skip over other stuff that I will still review like "M.lle Le Gladiator" or "Battiato", where suicide is just a hand's reach away (consider that "Battiato" is composed of two pieces of about twenty minutes each, of which "Za" consists of the continuous hammering of a finger on a couple of piano notes)... well, that one is not recommendable. It is certain, however, that in this production, there’s a lot of "intimate" stuff from an unprecedented Battiato, even more interesting from an etiological standpoint than some of the more recent productions; by the way, if you can, read my notes on "No U Turn" in the review of "Clic"... Let me be clear, I’m not defending Battiato at all costs, as he has often produced some rubbish... :)
